Blonde, lavender and purple Ombre hair
Got my hair colored today and I am beyond happy with it. I snapped a few quick pics after, excuse the photos wasn't made up or prepared for photos but wanted to get a few to show. My hair dresser did my partial highlights and then underneath is a dark brown with purple tone, then a ombre effect on bottom which looks lavender and then purple. Love how it came out. My hair dresser Deb from Rock Paper Scissors in Plantation, Florida is amazing and super talented. She always does a great job and love the cut too. Need to get some photos of the back so you can see the long layers and the color. Let me know what you think=).Melissa

Gorgeous watch by Michael Kors
I have a few Michael Kors watches and a Movado I got myself a few years ago when I had some unexpected cash come my way. I save the Movado for dressy or special occasions then have my other watches for every day wear.
I been wanting a rose gold watch, I have a knock off watch in rose gold but really love all the Michael Kors watches. I don't wear a lot of gold but this watch caught my eye today when my mom and I went out to Sawgrass to check out the outlet stores. Looking for a bright spring/summer purse so we went into the Michael Kors outlet and I saw this watch. Funny cause yesterday I saw it on a lady at Victoria Secret when I was standing in line. Loved it but never seen it in stores.
I tries it on and was instant love. H e a hair appointment tomorrow but think after hair will be going back for the watch and a Tory Burch yellow purse I saw, will be posting photos later of that. The watch is $224-250 at regular stores and it's $169-199 at outlets. The face is a little different and my favorite part is the bracelet is self adjustable. It has links similar to fossil watches that you can snap off yourself. Looks like a bracelet.

Ab Cuts
Been looking for a all natural supplement to promote weight loss. I am currently taking fish oil and green bean coffee extract along with multi vitamins. I did research and came across these ab cut supplements. Several celebrities endorse them and you can buy at GNC or Walmart. They have the ab cuts along with shakes, a caffeine style am pill and a sleep pill. I am going to check out more tomorrow on payday. Thinking maybe I will try and see. I have been eating healthy and working out at least five days a week. Running, walking, boxing, cycling which is amazing I have taken a class similar to flywheel which I read about in Us weekly but they don't have one close to me, I did find a class similar and it is much more fun then regular cycling or spinning.
I have lost a lot of weight passed five months and feel great. I have energy, love to stay busy, and look much healthier. I have plans to start working out with a trainer after our vacation for two months until my membership at box fit ends then I will join regular gym and possibly start crossfit two to three days a week for toning. I will let you know if I decide to invest in the Ab Vut line and following their diet, exercise plan. It is this last five pounds that is hardest to take off. Just happy to be back in my old clothes again:).

General Hospital, Lulu Spencer fashion
This post I have put together a little outfit on Polyvore that is close to the one worn by the character Lulu on General Hospital last week. Her style has changed a lot over the years since I have been watching. I think this character has come a long way when it comes to style. I love this dress that she was wearing when her mom returned to the show last week. All her outfits are always adorable and stunning. The photo of Lulu came from the General Hospital website and the outfit I put together on Polyvore.com. I would love to hear from other General Hospital fans. What character is your favorite and which style do you like most. I will be featuring other characters here and there. I also did a previous post on Sam Morgan, which is one of my favorites. Euro Centrale collection by OPI
Got a five of the new Euro collection by OPI. Wanted to get them all but also wanted a couple of the Butter London Spring collection. This week hitting Sephora for some new Chanel colors I have seen online.
I was drawn to this collection because I love dark colors and they had a few brighter spring looking shades. I will start with Eurso Euro, this is deep blue cream and is gorgeous on. I did one finger swatches last week but will be doing on all my nails soon. Dark colors are my favorite:). This blue has a royal blue look in the light and is very opaque. One coat looked good but I always like to do two coats for full even look and to really see the color.
Next up I have Suzi's Hungary again. This is a warm yummy pink and has almost a coral look to it. The photos made it look orange in some light but it is a coral pink. This color I needed two coats for full coverage and for the true color to appear. Love OPI I have to say that over the passes year of really extending my nail polish collection that OPI has become my favorite polish. I love the brush, the formula and how long the color lasts. Have never been disappointed with any OPI polish I have bought. My all time favorite color is OPI Lincoln Park After Dark and I love the DS series they are all stunning.
The third color is Can't find my Czechbook. This is a gorgeous aqua blue shade. Some photos it looked mint but that was the lighting for sure. I almost used this color over the weekend because blue has become my favorite nail color lately. I love blues, coral/pinks and greens right now. To me they feel super spring and remind me of Easter. This color needed two coats, almost three.
You're such a Budapest is a periwinkle purple shade and for sure a perfect spring color. This took two coats for full opacity and is a gorgeous pastel purple. Periwinkle is the first word that came to mind when thinking of a color to describe. I love this collection because OPI has great pastels, bright spring fun colors, dark vamp colors, great tan and neutrals, along with a great white shade that I really like. The nude/white shade is called My Vampire is Buff it is on my wish list. Didn't buy it just cause I wanted color for spring.
Last up I went with Vant to bite my neck? Sorry for any miss types my iPhone wants to keep auto correcting Vant to Want lol. This is a favorite also in this collection being a deep eggplant purple. Like I have mentioned several times I love dark colors and this is a great dark color. I love colors that from a distance look black but in the light up close have amazing depth and color. Purple was always my favorite color growing up and this purple is great especially if you like darker vamp looking colors;).
There are a lot that I didn't get that day, I have I saw...U saw... We saw... Warsaw. That is a deep midnight blue and only passed on it cause I have Russian Navy and Nicole by OPI Wavy Navy. My Paprika is Hotter than Yours! Also looks gorgeous, it is a fiery red and has some coral tone to it also. Polka is the glitter polish in this collection and goes with the entire collection, I love that because would be great as an accent on any and all the colors:). Oy another Polish Joke is a shimmery gold color and Hands off my Kielbasa is a bronzy tan shade. I love these being polish and all:). I didn't get them because nudes don't always look good on my skin tone it's hit or miss plus Julep sent me a nude shimmery shade last month. The last one I didn't get is A Woman's Prague-ative. This polish is a shimmery copper shade almost like a penny.
I am still working on updating my list for my polish stash then I need to update my wish list. I have purchased a lot of colors since I started my polish inventory. Trying to find room for them all, my daughter counted them and I have over 300. Think it is time for a blog sale lol.
Below are some swatches of the five colors I own from the OPI Euro collection along with some photos from the flyer I got from the display at Ulta. Hair, what will I do?
Have a hair appointment on Thursday and been going thru photos looking for ideas. I was born blonde but have dyed my hair every possible color. I have been black, brown, red, auburn, platinum, white with black, white with red, pink, purple, turquoise, you name it. I even did rainbow bright as I call it lol, when I was bleach blonde and doing my own color I dyed pink, purple, blue, turquoise and green streaks lol. I get bored easy and like to change it up.
About six months ago I was sick of the maintenance of being bleach blonde so I went to my hair stylist, I had her add some low lights on top then dye underneath purple, the next visit did underneath a red brown, then had a cool purple almost pink chunk on sides. Then I did a couple streaks a few months ago with every color on the one streak, looked cool but after a few weeks washes out. Now I'm trying to decide what to do.
I have been considering going dark for awhile but during the summer I prefer being blonde. I am growing out my hair and trying to get the health back considering I bleached it a lot over the passed few years. I love funky colors. I also love the ombre look every one is doing now. I have to say I have never been a fan of red but I love and get tons of compliments on the red color I have underneath right now. It is a rich brown with a bright red tone to it. Been thinking of having her just do my highlights on top then touch up the underneath and add that red without the brown to the ends only. Looking for ideas and will post photos Thursday for sure:).
On another note did some retail therapy today:). Found an amazing bra at Victoria Secret. It is hard to find bras that I like, being bigger busted. Usually they have to much padding or look like a grandma bra. It is the dream angel demi, it has little padding something I don't need. No need for push up when you wear a DD lol. It has a lining so it covers everything and looks amazing. I got one today but plan to place an online order on Thursday. I want a swim suit and they don't carry it in my top size at the store. Trying to decide on a color, I love coral and bright blue right now but also love white. Have to decide cause Thursday planning on placing a large order because I also want some sweats and tops from pink line:).
I also am ordering from Stella and Dot. Been eyeing a few necklaces for a couple months and decided to go for it this payday. With our spring break family trip planned I need to get some closed toe shoes, thinking black Toms and then some tanks along with a new bikini. I got an amazing pair of Lucky Brand dark denim shorts today. I have to say the eating healthy, boxing/kickboxing and cycling classes have been paying off. I also have been walking daily with my hubby. I'm down almost 30 pounds since October and went from a size 11/12 to a 5 or 6 depends on who makes it. I'm still working on toning and losing want to get to 125-130. Almost there a few extra pound to go. It is nice to know I am losing it the healthy and right way this time around. I am addicted to working out and hope to be back to crossfit after our vacation. Really want to get a six pack. Going to be a lot of hard work but want to be fit at forty lol.
Off to chill with my little one before I pick up my oldest. Crazy rain and winds here so my hubby is working late. The joys of having a hubby that works for the power company. Not complaining means nice paycheck and with vacation weeks away could use it:). Hope everyone is having a great week.
