Birthday month, pretty packages

Today my Spell and the Gypsies package arrived. Placed two orders and one was on my porch when I got home today. So excited I have been eyeing these skirts for a few weeks then try to order all their graphic tees and tanks when they come out with new ones but missed one while on vacation. Luckily I found it on eBay from Australia so it is on its way, then I ended up ordering a jacket, white top and mid length blue floral dress also. Those should arrive next week. The shipping was so quick now that they have their US site, and the customer service is amazing. I had some sizing questions and they answered me right back, they were on point too cause I went with the mediums and everything fits so good. I will be wearing these pieces a lot. I posted everything earlier this week for you when I ordered. 

Love this graphic tank with eagle and guns, matches amazing with my new floral high low handkerchief style skirts. The orange is the revolver skirt and has the cutest lace trimmed pockets. I got the below tank off eBay to go with it then plan to wear the lighter floral skirt and graphic tank together.

Gypsy witch singlet was sold out when I was ordering my festival fox tank but found on eBay for $50. A lot of them were selling for $100-180 so I think I got lucky. 

I have been admiring these squash turquoise style necklaces for some time and found this one with the feathers which are my favorite on eBay. I ordered from a store out of TN, was only $17 for the earrings and necklace. Perfect for my boho gypsy looks. 

This was only $5 and couldn't resist since I love Cattle Skulls and turquoise. 

Saw this dress was released a few days after I ordered my skirts and tank so had to grab this with some other pieces I have been wanting. Also got some stuff from Pam & Gela I posted earlier this week that arrived then waiting on two other packages from their huge warehouse sale, a Nordstrom order, then more eBay finds. Can't wait for everything to arrive so I can clean out my closet. For sure will be rocking these new looks this week and I will post photos of everything else once they arrive. 

Hope everyone has an amazing weekend, my kids go back to school a week from Monday. Sad to see summer end as always, love having my kids home and being able to spend some quality time together. Plan to adventure some this week I have been wanting to take them to Butterfly world, Rapids water park and then of course the beach. Praying for some sunny days. Punk masters on IG and Etsy designed these amazing tees. I ordered a black and she sent me the white also, love the distressed hem on the tees and they are so soft. Planning to order a few more next payday wanted to make sure my size was good. This tee is awesome love the feather with skull design and punk rock or 80's retro music is a fave of mine. 

L💛VE WILL SET US FREE tank by Spiritual Gangster paired with a vintage bohemian skirt that can also be worn as a dress. Has a very Renaissance feel to it. The lace kimono was a clearance score from Pacsun last year. 

My new hair color is finally unveiled after months of lightening from dark burgundy red and bright red with blonde to now a pastel silver with purple and a touch of pink which is what was left of the red. My graphic lighter tee is a favorite of mine by Pam & Gela. 

My necklace is by Fawninginlove and is her Opalite triangle necklace. Love it. She makes the best handmade jewelry I have found on Etsy, always the highest quality and have never had any of the items break on me. 

Wildfox Couture feather sweatshirt I scored for an amazing deal off eBay not long ago just realized today it matches my hair perfectly with silver, pink and purple glittery feathers. The jeans are my new Capri length Silver jeans, which j can't get enough of all their distressed jeans. Was going to get some shorts but honestly need to tan my legs and drop a few pounds from winter before I rock some shorter length shorts so for now going to keep with my capris. They have some amazing new styles in stock.

Volcom Good Vibes Only, tie dye tank from Pacsun last spring with some grey Silver jeans in distressed finish. One of my all time favorite pair of jeans and if you roll them up they are capris. The for is amazing and the color is excellent. 

Wildfox sweatshirt, I shoulda been a f*#$!&g sailor. Love this, had to share one of my first ever WildFox Couture tops. Love how comfy they are and love all the designs.

Outfit inspiration & Mirina Statement necklaces

Adore this white skirt from Forever21 so styled it with a cute wrap style self tie top and some cute blush pink accessories. Everything is from Forever21. Looking forward to payday got an awesome metallic silver faux leather mini skirt on eBay along with some other cool finds and then want to order a couple more items from Forever21 before they sell out because I know some of these items won't last. Happy I got to order the white skirt then the other items in the bottom collage. I may order this floral top and the shoes from the other collage outfit inspiration. I for sure don't need any more accessories but couldn't resist that cute brown saddle style bag. Have a Chloe bag similar but wanted something small and cross body style for Rockville or vacation. Excited for my black studded Chloe purse and wallet which was a gift to arrive feels like it is taking forever, but worth the wait.

Love the blush pink tones with white, and that adorable top is available in another style longer sleeve peasant style top, and maxi skirt. The shoes I regret not ordering with the other items because I am obsessed with the color. 

I know I posted the romper and pants earlier couldn't find the link going to check again tomorrow. If I can't find on ShopStyle I will add a link myself. Its part of their Contemporary line. Then the bag I have wanted a similar style for some time but was over $350 this one was under $25 and is cross body. Love the style and the tassel is cute. Great for music festivals and traveling when you need a small bag that is easy to carry. The short romper is for spring break, we are still deciding cruise to Mexico and Jamaica or Smoky Mountains but either way I will use over the summer for the beach. Then same thing with the cover up, always need cute stylish cover ups for the beach. I need to place an order with sand cloud to get a couple new towels and a bag for summer. Audrey Inspired Classy Look

A little black and white style for you this lovely Friday afternoon. Was going through all my photos from the passed few weeks and still have a bunch I have not uploaded or shared on social media or my blog. I hate to post a bunch of outfits each day but was laid up and then had some technical issues with my phone, so I am a bit behind on posts. I would normally just discard some photos which I have done, but there are some I just have to share. 

First up I felt this Audrey Hepburn inspired look was one that needed to be shared. This is just another example of how you can take a graphic tee shirt or tank then style it to make a classy outfit perfect for work, or a night out. 

I have always loved black and white photography has that vintage feel and I love all things vintage. How much do you think, if you had to guess this outfit cost? Keep in mind I have on some simple black heels, with a slightly pointed two and mid heel by Rock Republic that aren't pictured, and then some classic pearl and rhinestone earrings.  I will go over the outfit and break it down, then do my best to add some links where you can find similar or same pieces, then I will tell you how much the outfit cost when I am done. Let's see if anyone guesses right. 

My necklace is a Chanel inspired pearl necklace I found on EBay. Its half black and half white with the C logo enamel black and white charms. I purchased this necklace and another blush with cream pearls from the same buyer back a few years ago and paid $7-10 a piece.

Mine of course is not real they are inspired by and I got these awhile back, I was not able to find the same style but did find the above one for $65.  Still high priced but lovely necklace.

A closeup of the necklace and love the length, I can wear it many ways including as a bracelet. My graphic tee is an off the shoulder cut and I got this from Tara Lynn's Boutique. At the time I believe it was $19.99 but had a coupon code so paid less then that maybe around $15-17 for it. I adore graphic tops because really they can be worn and styled so many ways. It's not just jeans and tees anymore you can wear them with skirts, tied in the front over a maxi dress, with a blazer, the options are endless. If you are like me and like to look around you can find so many cute, unique tees and tanks.

Xl was $12 from this seller, but you can go to Ebay and search Polka dot chiffon maxi and a bunch of different sellers pop up, I went with the one of the first ones and less expensive.  

I saw a few of these skirts online and for $45-70. I wasn't sure how it would look on and if I was going to love it so I didn't really want to spend that much for it without really knowing, so I started the search. Sure enough good old eBay always come through for me. It isn't as well made as some of the ones I saw listed for a higher price, or who knows could be the same skirt, the stores have to get find them somewhere and resell them but I really love the quality. It has a nice lining and isn't see through. At first I thought I would maybe need a slip or under skirt to make it look fuller and keep it from being see through but that wasn't needed. I ended up loving it so much I ordered it in an emerald green solid and then a floral print. This skirt I paid under $10 for only down fall was it took a couple weeks to arrive. It is from China and when ordering from China remember their sizes are a lot smaller. I went with a XL and it fits me perfect. It has an elastic waist and I can wear it lower on my waist for a long floor sweeping skirt, or higher on my waist for the perfect ankle length. I can't say enough times how much I love this skirt. I have worn it several times with graphic tees, and I have worn it with black and white dressier tops, which make it actually look like a really fancy dress. 

I purchased this bracelet almost two years ago so was not able to find the same one, did find a pretty rhinestone burst bracelet that would look pretty with some strands of plain pearls

My rhinestone star burst, and multi stand pearl bracelet I purchased at Charming Charlie's when my oldest daughter had a Gatsby themed dance for middle school. Added it for a little extra touch of glam. 

     

So how much did you guess the cost of this look was? My tee was roughly $16. Skirt was $8, necklace $7, earrings were a hand me down so free but you could find simple earrings for under $5 and the shoes were on sale for $19. So that would make it around $50 give or take a few dollars. If you take away accessories the tee and skirt cost under $25. That's awesome for such a classy look.

I got this cute black and white striped tank dress off eBay for under $10 and the faux leather cropped jacket with studs was from Love Culture when the store was closing. It was marked down to $8 and was 65% off that. Another cute outfit for under $25. Love this jacket, has a quilted leopard print lining and snap buttons up the front. Has that eighties vibe with the wide waste band and wrist bands? I love rocker chic looks as much as I love vintage and bohemian chic looks. 

Excited for all the new pieces I have found lately. Stocked up on some new graphic tees for fall and winter, jeans, leggings, mid to long skirts, boots and more. Can't wait to style them all and post more outfit ideas and inspiration for everyone. Also excited to be taking part in a style challenge, I have seen these on social media and was thinking it would be fun to take part. I usually just wake up and do my morning routine then walk into my closet and whatever piece whether a top, bottom, dress or shoes calls out to me, I then style an outfit around it. Also some days it's my mood or the weather that has a lot of play in what I wear.

Recovering post

Dress by Loft, love this light weight chambray dress paired with this amazing Kimono I got off eBay. Wearing my silver Alex and Ani bangles. 

My top is old and was from Kohl's Apt9 love the white with blue stitching, skirt is a new favorite and has been on repeat already a few times. I got it from Forever21 and love the 70's feel. It has a button down front, a line cut, and side pockets. The heavier solid denim makes it look even more vintage. Love love this skirt. Paired it with some lovely blue gems like my agate slice necklace by Fawning in Love on etsy, you can check out her Instagram page @Fawninginlove. I had a regular agate necklace but saw this gold feather one and wanted so badly. I had left a comment on an older photo and the amazing designer notified me when she made a new one that was similar to the one I loved, I had to scoop it up right then. Matches amazing with some other gorgeous handmade agate slice pieces I own.

Love my coral, orange and blonde ombré. Pravana color and Olaplex treatments have made my hair look amazing. Really enjoying this color. Now wondering what's next? For now I love this color combo so going to touch up and keep till winter. Think this will be a great fall color. Red maybe my next color, haven't done a red in a while and since I am in the same color family may need to give it a try before going to my next colors. 

     

Mermaid at heart always, love the ocean and love the beach. Even if you move me to the mountains a piece of my heart will always be at the beach. This sundress was a purchase from Target in spring and love this simple graphic tank dress. 

My favorite new denim skirt on repeat here from Forever21 and the necklaces are all from Forever21 as well.  The long black cord necklace has feather, bohemian and crystal charms, then have a gold feather and a opalite style stone necklace that came in a three piece set from Forever21. It also came with a brown gold dipped style agate looking necklace but don't have that piece on here. The black cropped tee is from Anthropology, and my gorgeous black fringe tote is from Bohemian Vibe Boutique. 

A gorgeous brown leather cuff I got in Disney, it has my girls names engraved on it and a silver heart charm. I paid $10 for this and love it. My new favorite piece for fall. Looking for a brown leather feather necklace which I found a few on Instagram and going to order this week.
