Pam&Gela, Blonde Vs. Brunette tank

Hello everyone as you can see I am still playing around with my layout for my blog. I didn't have much time the passed two days to sit for a couple hours and try to get everything exactly how I wanted. I liked the white with blue accents but like someone mentioned it really isn't me or my style a little to plain for my liking. I started messing around last night when I woke up at in the middle of the night and set it to the style I have now but it will most likely still get some tweaking. As for the comments left about having difficulty leaving comments, I have no idea why it is so hard for some. I use my iPhone 80% of the time and I am able to leave comments and answer back comments no problem but I don't know exactly what issues are making it difficult. I am going to message Google blogspot again about the issue and I will take down some of the security features I have in place due to a couple people who seem to think its fun to leave rude comments here. I would never go on someone's blog and write mean comments but than again I am not immature and hurtful, or spiteful. I am really sorry it is difficult for some of you and I promise I will try to get it fixed soon. For now wanted to share today's ootd by Pam&Gela and Silver Jeans.

My exclusive Pam&Gela 20% off promo link

I got this tank recently on sale on the Pam&Gela site and my Silver jeans were sent to me by Silver. I was allowed to pick out a pair for their winter campaign being an ambassador for their brand. I love being an ambassador for Silver Jeans because I have loved their jeans for over a decade and really stand behind the quality of the brand. All their jeans are amazing quality and fit. I am beyond honored they chose me to become an ambassador. I love representing different designers, brands and boutiques, I am always looking for new ones to work with and love those that have been supportive to me always. It means so much.

Here to can see the jeans a little more along with my Steve Madden boots and Bohemian Vibe Boutique fringe tote. This tote was once of the best purchase I made this summer during their Christmas in July sale when they had everything 50% off. They had contacted me while I was in Texas to work with them and it was a joy along with the super cute items I got from them. They are currently revamping and restocking their site and I think they have some big plans for 2016. Can't wait to see.

My necklace is from Buckle.com and is a two layer necklace with a crescent moon then an arrowhead with crystals and a stone. It is a favorite of mine and was on sale for under $10 when I got it. It's always those sale items or deals I find that I love the share. Really I love to share everything with everyone who is interested because I know some people must think I spend a fortune on my wardrobe but I am super tight with my money and make sure I have a budget when I shop. I see a lot of cute clothes on blogs, social media and in shops online but a large percentage of the time I resort to googling or hitting eBay before I take the plunge and spend money. I have found so many of the exact same items I saw in a store online or on a blog for a fraction of the price by searching. It's amazing and feels so good to save.

I am off to finish up some weekend holiday stuff but wanted to take a moment to share with you. I know I am super excited about a few new things coming up for the new year. I reactivated my FB page so I can start to use that to share promotions and sales from stores or designers I love. Then I got a message on eBay from a local shop I found that I have been doing business with for over a year that want to collaborate with me when they relaunch their website which I am over the moon about. It is always fun to find local shops to work with. I also will have a lot more Silver jeans stuff coming up after the new year and some new photos. I am really dedicated to working more with local photographers and a makeup artist friend of mine for shoots for the blog. I had one scheduled and canceled due to the weather we had which was nothing but rain for a week. I hoped to reschedule but I have my Botox next week then my neurologist as well and my girls have their last day before winter break Friday. I hope to spend some quality time with them over that two weeks so may be putting a lot of my plans on hold till Jan. I promise it will be worth the wait for sure.

Hope everyone had a great weekend and I am going to work on fixing the comments box. Again I do then security to protect myself from spam, negative and hateful comments as well as to monitor these comments. I am able to track every comment even if left anonymous and I do this for legal matters. To me there is no reason for anyone to leave negative comments on my blog I don't discuss controversial topics and I am never mean in my posts. I am sharing fashion photos, shopping tips, links and life style posts. I love to hear feedback but if someone doesn't like something why leave a mean or nasty comment? It isn't necessary. All that does is cause drama and I really only want good vibes. Life is too short for negativity and drama.

Again have a great weekend and if you want to share I am always happy to help or listen. Xoxo

Where to shop:

First pair of boots are closest to ones I have, the other two are similar styles by same designer, everything else is same except my one Alex and Ani has turquoise blue not green stones.

Thankful heart❤️

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. On this day I am so grateful and thankful for everything. Sixteen years ago I had the most amazing and memorable Thanksgiving day ever, when I gave birth to my first child. She wasn't due until December and I had a doctor's appointment the day before, they told me I wasn't going to be going into labor and to have a great holiday weekend. I left and decided since my doctor was right by the mall that we would go get our Christmas shopping done since I would most likely have her in the next couple of weeks. We honestly didn't think I would be up for shopping after I had her so we wanted to get it out of the way. After several hours of shopping and walking the mall I went home to make some pies for dinner the following day and half way through felt sick, something just suddenly came over me and the smells were making me nauseous, I was super tired but most of all I felt like my stomach had dropped and had a ton of pressure in my lower back. I went to bed early and woke up at 2 am to a sensation like something had popped in my tummy then when I went to get out of bed realized my water had broken. We went to the hospital shortly after and I was admitted by 5 am and she was delivered, with her eyes wide open as the doctor told us, a few minutes before the kick off to the Dallas vs. the Dolphin's football game. My Hubby being a Dallas Cowboy fan I remember him joking about how he hoped she would arrive before kick off and she did. It was the most amazing Thanksgiving for our entire family and the start of our own little family. Since that day Thanksgiving has become an even more meaningful day and one of the most thankful days of our lives.

Below is a tee shirt I ordered back several months ago and couldn't think of a better tee shirt from my collection to wear on this Thankful day. I love the simple design of a heart with the word thankful, because I have a very thankful heart today.

Tee by Sweet_T's on Etsy will add link below along with links to my crystal necklace from Fawninginlove also from Etsy and more..

My blue agate ring is from Adam Rabbit on Etsy and the bangles are all Alex and Ani.

My flannel is from Maurice's. Love how soft it is and lighter weight. Has a crochet lace like detail on the back.

JCrew distressed boyfriend jeans. Love these so much have three pairs.

My kitchen Thanksgiving morning while watching the parade I made some home made mashed potatoes to take to my in laws.

My daughter did all my makeup tonight for dinner using her new makeup she got and some tips from my friend Vanessa who came to the house the other night to teach her how to apply makeup and some other tips. I have worn fake lashes a handful of times, and they really make such a huge difference and it was fun to wear for the day. I am not a makeup girl my daughter wears it daily but I only wear it for special occasions usually, for work I might wear some mascara and lipgloss but it was fun. She really is good and has a knack for it for sure. I did not have her apply the contouring stuff she learned because I have sensitive skin and I will break out if I wear a lot of makeup for long but what she did apply looked great. The lashes were the biggest change and half way through I was ready remove them but they were a lot of fun. I did a pin up style shoot for my hubby a few years ago for Valentine's Day and they made me wear heavy makeup for the camera and really long thick false lashes, I remember when she was done I didn't even recognize myself. For me this is a kick because I was always a bit of a tomboy growing up, I wasn't like my daughter at 16 wearing makeup and spending money on expensive makeup then as I got older I have had phases I wore makeup but I have never worn lashes daily. I am a blonde so I have always penciled in or have my eyebrows tinted or you wouldn't see them, they are basically invisible. I got her these lessons because I wish sometimes when I was her age I would have learned to do makeup and been more into those things. I also wanted her to learn how to apply it correct and if she is spending a fortune on makeup wanted her to have the right stuff. It was a lot of fun and I learned a lot of stuff myself for when I do have a date night or event to go to. Props to the ladies who take the time to wear a full face of makeup daily, it is very time consuming and I am in awe sometimes at some of the many beauty bloggers and vloggers I have seen who are so talented. I am amazed at what some can do with makeup. My friend who came by to teach my daughter is amazing and really knows her stuff. It was really fun and I know for some fun styled shoots for the blog I may have them do my makeup again.

My outfit for dinner is s chunky rust color sweater I got from the awesome Fashion Junkee, and some leggings that match perfectly from Forever21 paired with some old Steve Madden OTK slouch style black suede boots. You can literally scrunch them like socks lol, so 80's I know but they are really cute boots and I never could bring myself to get rid of them. Happy I didn't because I wear them all the time now.

They are having huge sales for black Friday and Cyber Monday make sure to check out their site and of course Instagram @FashionJunkeeDotcom.  Be sure to mention my blog xoxo

Have a great Thanksgiving. Xoxo

Thursday outfit

A little cool weather outfit of the day, had to throw this together quick today after having a scare at my daughter's school not long after I dropped her off. Just finishing cleaning and organizing my closet, which has made getting dressed so much easier.

Little collage of some of my favorite shots.
Before the scarf and fingerless hand warmer style gloves. Have on a basic black tank top from Old Navy, super cute and baggy, off the shoulder, lightweight cream sweater with a black heart from 2chicsandacause, also the cream and black boot cuffs are from same shop. Found them on FB and they also are on IG. Black leggings were a Christmas gift from my mom and she said they are from Marshall's, they are super soft and lined. Boots are Steve Madden and found these at TJ Maxx in black and brown on clearance at Marshall's not long after. Love them. Obsessed, also target had a similar look in same height and I have a taller pair I got at target on clearance recently.
Here you can see the amazing cute scarf that can be worn many ways, had super cute button detail and was from Walmart, another great gift from my mom. The gloves or fingerless hand warmers are black and have a cute button detail, found these on eBay for $3.

Have some amazing spring stuff coming soon. Loving pastels and prints, silk shorts with lace trim and lots of sandals. I love peach, coral, aqua, mint, and light yellow. Can't wait to show some cute things I have found. Enjoy and happy shopping. Xoxo

Freebird by Steven, cute boots and booties for fall. Also have comparable styles with more to come

My new love for boots are the Freebird by Steven line. Amazing boots with a western, worn, rocker kind of look. I first feel in love with the Drover but at almost $300 was waiting for clearance or to find a pair on EBay. Finally found a pair of cognac at Marshall's, reddish brown color for way less. Then found a black pair but also found a cute close knock off look at Just Fab shoe store online. Actually found a bunch of cute pairs there and Target, Marshall's and Walmart even has some super cute pairs. Living in Florida we don't have boot weather but still love to wear them with my fall and winter fashion, or when we get our one cool front here and there. Below are some photos of my favorites by Freebird and then some comparable ones. Will list where you can purchase them.

Also found a new line of cute tees and tanks today from the ladies who start Juicy Couture. Will have a post coming up with photos and where to purchase.

Enjoy your end of the week and upcoming weekend. Also will have a Marshall's, post of fab finds for fashion and the home stay tuned. Good night

Freebies by Steven cute booties all found on EBay.
Freebird by Steven booties from EBay one of my go to spots for designer brands for less.

Freebird Drover boots can be found at Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus and online stores. Retail for $249 and up. Also check out eBay for new and used pairs. Love mine have a worn in, western and rocker vibe. Super comfy and stylish
Just Fab online has a lot f cute boots in addition to Marshall's, TJ Maxx, Target and even walmart

Found this cute pair at Just Fab online for $19.95 for new members and close to the freebird drover style. Newer look not as worn in looking but going to order a pair for my daughter to compare.
