Friday Bohemian Outfit and Accessories

Happy Friday, we all survived another week. Congrats and have a fabulous weekend to everyone. Going to wrap up my weekly posts with an outfit of the day from today. Went with some older pieces in my closet today that I have not worn for a while but love.

Started out playing with some makeup, I can't wear foundation I have never been a hug makeup girl, I pretty much only wore makeup for photos or special events but my daughter who is a makeup addict and pro has really gotten me into it. She started loving makeup young and then when she was a teen she wore it daily but last year I had a friend who works as professional makeup artist come teach her some tricks along with showing her what to look for when buying her makeup. She left me with a list of brushes, tools and products she should have then between her birthday and Christmas I spent a lot of money getting her stocked up on the best brushes, tools and makeup products in the colors she loved. I got her a huge clear makeup tote to store everything in from Morphe along with some amazing brushed by Morphe, MAC and a few less expensive ones that she didn't need a fancy brush for because she doesn't use them as often from Elf.

I have always used a tinted moisturizer or BB cream, translucent or loose powder, gloss, eyeliner, brow pencil and shadow. Since hooking my daughter up I have also gotten myself some amazing products I love that I use often. My morning routine is hectic with two kids one in high school the other in elementary school so I wake at 5:30 start with dropping my oldest at the bus around 6:20 then home to wake the youngest make breakfast, pack our lunches and get both of us ready. My youngest has begun doing a lot on her own now so it helps me some but I only have an hour maybe after I get her up and eating to get dressed so I don't apply makeup every day. Some days I wait till I get to work and will apply some makeup before meeting with clients or working with professionals. On days when I don't have to really see anyone and I'm more on the phone, online or scheduling stuff for the week I won't apply anything. I'm still a simple low maintenance woman at heart but I have to say I love prepping myself with some makeup especially when my hair is dyed because I can really have fun with the colors and do more daring stuff.

I always stuck to neutral or earth tones since I have brown eyes, the only colors I owned were purple and maybe a burgundy or dark green for an accent crease color but now I have lots of colors. For anyone who doesn't know purple is a great shade for brown eyes to make your eye color really pop. After applying a light tinted moisturizer or BB cream I then apply Laura Mercier or Bare Minerals translucent powder, my daughter watches endless makeup tutorials and is big into certain artists and vloggers so she got me into the Laura Mercier powder back last year after her birthday. I use it under my eyes before applying my eye makeup to help as a guide for one on the sides and to keep the under eye area clean of any falling eyeshadow. I also like to let the powder set and bake a little so when I brush off the loose powder at the end I have a nice white glowing area on my forehead, chin and under my eyes. I refuse to use foundation or concealer because that just cakes into any fine lines I do have, which luckily I don't have many, but will make them more visible. I avoid any and all liquid or cream style products under or around my eyes all I use is the Laura Mercier powder. I then apply my eyeshadow, curl my lashes, apply liner, pencil in my brows, and lately I have broken away from my normal NYX ash brown pencil to using grey, silver and purple because it accents my hair color well and also blends with my eye shadows. Now back to my routine, some days I will apply some contour powder to my cheekbone and nose then maybe around the jaw line but this is not a daily thing. Daily it's the basics. Throw on some mascara, fake lashes are another thing I wear only for special occasions or photos, normally you see my real lashes which I am blessed to have full long naturally curled lashes but I still use a lag curler to add a little extra shape to them. Being blonde my eyebrows, lashes and any hair I have is so light it's almost transparent so I need to pencil in the brows and wear mascara to accentuate my natural beauty. After I finish applying my eye makeup I brush away the loose powder under my eyesX on my forehead and chin. I then will use a lip pencil to line my lips and then apply my gloss or lip color then I'm ready for the day.

My look for today is another bohochic vintage inspired look. My top is from PacSun and made by LA Hearts. It is a burgundy shade crochet neckline, cropped blouse. It goes nicely with the embroidering on my skirt waist area. The skirt is a gauze material in a taupe shade with a high waist and side slits. The waist area has amazing embroidered design and the fabric is gathered all the way around allowing it to fall with a nice bohemian look. The slits aren't too high and the fabric is so thick then with the gathered design you almost don't see the slits unless I am moving around or the wind blows the skirt. I purchased this skirt a while back from Marshall's I believe  I know I have two that look a lot a like one I got at a thrift store and is vintage but it's a navy blue shade with floral embroidering then I am pretty sure this one came from Marshall's. I paid $14.99 for it and it is made by Japna. The tag looks a lot like the Spell tags, today when I checked the brand before putting it on I almost that it was a Spell piece cause the tag is the same exact style and has the made with ❤️ on back. It for sure reminds me of something they would design.

I wore gladiator tall sandals in black underneath, the embroidering on the skirt had burgundy, black, peach, and green threads so the black matched nicely then used my large fringe purse from Bohemian Vibe Boutique I scored when they had their Christmas in July sale a long time ago for $30. Love that bag and I have posted it many times before on this blog along with social media. My jewelry, which is one of my favorite parts once I'm dressed, I love accessorizing and maybe that's because I do a lot of accessorizing for work and because I love bags, shoes, jackets, scarfs, hair pieces, jewelry, you name it. It's the simple things that really put together a look and that you can really add your own little flare to your outfits. Back to my jewelry my choker is a triple layer, thick serpentine style chain choker, it is from Forever 21, and was only $5. It has a magnetic closure on the back and love the thick chains and triple layers. Once I picked gold as my metal for this outfit I decided I needed a little something extra so I add this bronze chain, black agate pendant necklace made by Whiskey and Bone then added the custom bangle she made me with Wanderlust stamped on the front and my girls initials with a heart on the inside of the band. Love her collection and style, use the code WANDERLUSTBABE for 10% off your order. I added some of my favorite Alex and Ani bracelets. Since my choker is thicker I went with some of the thicker Alex and Ani bracelets, the wraps are always good since they are usually wider then the regular charm bracelets. I love my gold plume feather, feather wrap, Aztec wrap, and then I have a thick rope like wrap that looks nice with the choker. Then poof I was ready to walk out the door.

The only items not pictured are my gold Druzy stud earrings by Whiskey and bone, Mia tall gladiator sandals in black, and my black fringe leather tote from Bohemian Vibe Boutique. I also have a purse clip made with a black leather strap, feather charm and black tassel which was a gift but you can find some cool ones with tassels and a bullet on Whiskey and Bone's Etsy page that are almost identical, I have a tan one and it's become a favorite.

Hope you enjoyed my outfit of the day. I will have some more reviews and products to share this weekend but probably not until Sunday. Tomorrow having a party for my youngest and will be busy in the earlier part of the day till mid afternoon with her and then my oldest has cheer stunt camp all day so in the evening will be picking her up. Hope everyone has an amazing and safe weakened. Cheers to y'all, peace love and light always, xoxo

Spell Designs Lilac Oracle

Happy almost Friday, I'm so ready for the weekend as always. Even more so this week since I'm under the weather and we don't have any games this weekend. My little one has a bye week and no cheer camp, then UM isn't playing at home this week so no tailgating all day lol. It is so much fun but needed a break after back to back weekends of nonstop activities.

Today was another great mail day, I love when I have ordered a bunch of stuff or have a lot of goodies coming from designers and shops, its like Christmas or my birthday everyday. Today I was super excited because last night I got an email to notify me that my new Spell & the Gypsy Oracle lilac sleeveless blouse and boho skirt were going to arrive today. With most of my job away for NY fashion week the office has been busy with loads of new photos from everyone coming daily, new styles and trend alerts are amazing love getting to see all the new styles right off the runway. I was sad to pass up the trip to NYC this year but my little ones birthday party is Saturday. We had to plan it this weekend because of the football games and her cheer stuff. I felt bad having her wait a couple of weekends for her party but we had a party at home the day of and weekend of with friends and family. Saturday's party is for her friends from school and cheer. I would love to enjoy fashion week but at the same time the pressure of packing the perfect wardrobe and getting all done up daily along with meeting all the many people I speak with weekly over the phone in person and then just the overwhelming feeling leaving my family for a week was just to hard for me. Yes, a part of me was kicking myself when I saw photos from two of my friends that got some amazing goodies at some of the events but I did hear that they were putting together some items for me for when they come back.

Now back to Spell and the new Oracle collection. When I first saw this collection in photos online I didn't really have many items scream out to me like I usually do. I have to say the last few collections Spell released I had multiple skirts, dresses, kimonos and of course graphic tops I wanted so badly. I usually don't get into ordering their blouses because I'm larger busted and usually have to order a L-XL and then they just look huge everywhere except across the chest, but I have wanted many. I still love the Wild Flowers purple off the shoulder and long sleeve blouse actually have the off the shoulder top in my cart right now lol. I picked this set because I love purple and with my hair purple I thought it would be perfect for me.

All I have to say is the online photos do not represent the beauty of the fabric and colors for this collection. After I placed my order I started seeing photos from my FB Spell groups and the ladies in Australia that went to stores and purchased the pieces the day of the release. I was a little upset I didn't get more colors and styles but no worries lol I was able to get the Oracle Maple gypsy dancer skirt, and I plan to order a sage dress then been wanting to order some of the intimates for sometime so if they have any XL bralettes in stock I will order a set next payday. I'm looking forward to the next release with the graphic tops which is set for the end of the month or start of October.

I was worried about this top, and when it arrived I was still worried cause it looked a little small across the chest. Once I tried it on it just fits me. It's always so hard to tell because the models usually have no chest and the tops all look baggy with that bohochic look but I have to say even with it being fitted across the chest the ties make it adjustable. You do need to wear something under it because the material is light and sheer plus it has that white open stitching right around the breast area.

The skirt is perfection with the trim on the bottom being two different fabrics that accent and look so god with the main print. I love mixing patterns to add dimension and break up the look of the skirt. I ordered a medium in the skirt. With these style skirts that have the elastic waist a S works for me but I like my skirts to have a little more fabric to have a nice flow to them. I'm a size 28/29 in jeans usually and since it has an elastic waist with tie string either a small or medium will work fine.

Here I didn't tuck the shirt in so you can see the shape of the shirt. I ordered a L and I'm a 34/36 DD/DDD usually. Again the chest area fits perfectly if I was a 1/2 an inch wider it wouldn't work at all. Love this top tucked in and left untucked. Tried it on with some bell bottom flare style Silver Jeans and looks amazing, has that total vintage 70's vibe I love. Also looks amazing with a denim skirt, white jeans and white skirts. I wish now I had ordered the blue skirt but at the time the color didn't blow me away or pattern but now that everyone is getting their pieces all the patterns are amazing. I love the silver thread reminds me of my other brown spell skirt with peach and pink flowers I believe it was part of the desert rose collection and it had the gold thread. It adds a sparkle to the skirt and looks so good with the purple tones, some Sea foam green shades in the pattern with the white. I also have seen close ups of the Sage and Maple patterns amazing. I ordered the maple skirt because it has the similar style as the Jagger skirts which my blue one should arrive any day now, and I really love that style.

One last shot poolside in the shade. I couldn't be happier about my choice. Looks good on, mixes nicely with other styles, brands and Spell pieces I own.

Before I end this post wanted to throw in some more mail from today. I wanted this reversible bomber since spring and was always sold out in the larger sizes. I gave up and the one night I was looking at a green bomber jacket I saw on Pretty little liars with a cactus embroidered and after I found that bomber and for only $14.99 I was ordering when I saw this bomber below in recommended items. I was hesitant ordering it because I didn't see any review on it and didn't want to end up with a junky jacket I would never wear also sometimes when ordering items from China the sizing is so small. I room a leap of faith thinking if it ran small my daughters would wear it, I ordered a my green bomber from Forever21 in a L and ran so small my 9 year old took it over, she loves it. This was only $25 and when it arrived today I was amazed how much it looks like the real one that was $200 more. The embroidering is amazing, the satin is very nice, vibrant colors, and the sizing is perfect. I ordered a XL and have plenty of room all over. Love the zipper on the jacket also, has a larger zipper that can be turned to go with the jacket when you reverse it. I love the bright blue side with white/silver tone sleeves then of course black is always nice to match with everything.

The back of the blue side and the embroidering is really nice. Very detailed and doesn't have any flaws or strings.

View of the front blue side and as you can see it isn't quilted but I honestly like it without the quilting.

Wanted to show the black side also, just a reverse of the blue side then has the tiger on the back.

My Rocksbox arrived today also, every box is amazing. I have done so many monthly boxes and this is the first one I'm hooked on. This box I got these gorgeous Kendra Scott Rose gold Druzy pieces from her current collection. Keeping them because I had looked at these at the jewelry store and the necklace was $65 and the bracelet $70 I will end up saving around $40-50 purchasing them from Rocksbox. I have a promo code for first time members where you can get a free trial month using the code MELISSASBFF10 after the first month of unlimited jewelry rental, meaning you can wear your 3 pieces a few days then return in the prepaid envelope and they will ship your next set within days. I usually will return it and have my next boxes within 4-6 business days. After your free month ends you can cancel with no strings or continue with the monthly boxes for only $19 a month. Each month you get a shine credit of $10 you can use if you decide to keep a piece from your box and purchase at discounted price.  I can't say enough positive things about this box. You do an online survey and then add items to your wish list, then each box is styled using your style survey, and wish list. After my first two boxes they started nailing my style and I am always so excited to see what they send me next.

Some of my newest additions to my Wanderer Bracelets collection. As you know I'm a brand rep/ambassador for this amazing brand. I love all the work they do to support and empower local Bali artisans using fair trade sustainable materials. Each bracelet is hand made and carved in Bali, the designs are so detailed and there is a style or design for everyone. You can use my code MELISSA20 for 20% off your order. Check out my prior posts and of course social media for more photos of different styles and designs, then check out their website for all the latest in stock styles.

Time to wrap up this post with my outfit from tonight. Once I got home I showers and got into my comfy clothes. Pam & Gela always is a favorite for sweats and comfy chic chilling clothes. My graphic heart eye tank and striped track style sweats are so soft and cozy. Scored the tank from their warehouse sale and the sweats from eBay. Both items were under $35 each I believe I paid $29 for the bottoms and $29-32 for the tank.

If you look closely you can see my new Kendra Scott rose gold Druzy necklace and cuff bracelet. I stacked my bracelet with my rose gold and then white with gold glass beaded Sashka Co bracelets. Another amazing brand I rep for and if you go to their site now you can get a free gift bracelet, no promo code needed just add the free bracelet from the home screen to your cart, then pick your favorites to order and use my code WANDERLUST25 to save 25% off your order. Another awesome company providing jobs for local Nepali artisans empowering them with sustainable fair trade work that helps them provide for their families. I really love these brands that give back or are helping in some way.

I'm off to bed and ready to end this week then start the weekend. My daughter is busy in her spare time making makeup tutorial videos and step by step photos of different brands, styles and more. Can't wait to start posting once a week makeup tips and product reviews. I like to bring amazing fashions and accessories, health and fitness posts, new products, product reviews and style inspiration. I still love to share my fashion funds for less like my bomber above and deals I find, new online shops with lots of cool pieces and eclectic styles. Okay I'm super tired and rambling now lol, everyone have a great night and happy Friday. Cannot wait to see what mail arrives tomorrow. Peace, love and light always, xoxo

Hairslinky

HairSlinky

I was sent these amazing hair ties to try out and let me tell you these are one of my favorite items I have ever been sent to try out. If you are like me and flat iron or spend a lot of time straightening your hair then you know how annoying it is when you get hot or need to hold your hair back, then use a normal hair tie only to have that crease or lump left behind. Also I hate when hair ties break or tangle my hair leaving damage or split ends, with the Hairslinky I don't have to worry about that anymore.  Also it has a no slip grip which is great for ladies with fine or really straight hair that usually deal with your hair ties falling out, with the hair slinky it stays put and is perfect for using to put your hair in a bun.

Even my daughters both love the hair slinky. My little one normally says that when I use normal hair ties to put her hair back or do a bun she ends up with a headache but with the Hairslinky it doesn't have to be as tight to keep the hair back or up in a bun. The curled cord like hair tie actually is the best for buns it holds all the hairs in place and makes what would be a messy him look more polished and clean.

I have been excited to share these with everyone. I posted some photos of them on my Instagram and Twitter when they arrived but like with all samples I am sent I like to use them for a few weeks before writing a review or post just to try them out and make sure they work or are as good as I first thought. The Hairslinky has proven itself over and over, from a full day of being at my daughter's early Saturday morning game with the sun blasting to leaving her game after 3-4 hours to hit the stadium for 4 to 6 hours of tailgating then a 3 hour football game all while sweating with my hair back and forth between a ponytail, a bun and down. I had just gotten my color done the first weekend and it was perfectly flat to my surprise after a full day it was crease or bump free. My daughter also takes a hair slinky to school with her after I blow dry her hair and flat iron it for gym or cheer practice or just running around between classes and told me I needed to get more because it is the only hair tie she likes. She also agreed with me that it is perfect for using for a bun because the spiral cord style holder grabs and holds all the hairs perfectly.

They come in a larger size and a smaller size depending on how thick your hair is and the smaller ones work good for thick hair too, I just tend to like them more for a half up style pony or to wrap around once just to hold my hair out of my fave. I think the smaller ones are good for younger kids and ladies with thinner hair also. I have used it as you see in the clear one above for a pony tail wrapped twice and it does hold amazing. I prefer the larger size for my bun and normally for my ponytail but my oldest daughter stole the large black one from me and I have not seen it since. She wears it daily.

I have very thick normally curly/wavy hair but even when blown out and flat ironed it's still a heavy thick head of hair and as you can see here I have one of the smaller Hairslinkys in clear on in this photo. It forms to the hair and doesn't leave a line or bump in the hair.  Plus Hairslinky has a no slip grip that keeps that hair put without having to tighten it or twist it around super tight causing creasing, breakage and headaches.

Here I have on the larger Hairslinky in blue, I need to order some more colors so I have a few extras. Again my daughter stole my solid black one which was my favorite but have been looking they have so many colors in both the sizes, I'm hoping to get a purple one since my hair turns everything purple anyway lol, plus it will blend in nicely. This is the size I love for my pony tail when I put all my hair up, or for a bun.

These are great for kids with really curly hair that usually gets tangled. My little one has Shirley Temple curls and her hair usually gets tangled in her normal elastic ties and I end up breaking her hair or have even had to cut it a few times to remove a hair tie that was badly tangled. With Hairslinky your hair never gets tangled and you don't get damage from breakage like most hair ties. I highly recommend this product to everyone especially if you have long hair or kids.

Be sure to follow them on social media @Hairslinky and visit their website  www.HairSlinky.com for ordering. If you have any questions please feel free to leave me a message below and I will do my best to answer them or contact HairSlinky direct for answers. Again I try to never review or feature a product unless I truly love it and stand behind it. I always make sure to allow myself 3-4 weeks to properly try out all products and I have my girls ages 16 and 9 along with my friend who is 30 try the products out also, everyone who has tried these loves them and anyone who has seen me wearing them has asked and found them to be very cool or a great idea. Its like a phone cord but used as a hair tie. Some people have asked me if they get stretched out, I only wrap mine twice and when I remove it I usually twist it back into shape and it goes back to the same size it was before hand. Once when I had been at the beach all day my clear one did seem stretched but I just washed it in cold water and it went right back to its normal shape and size.

I was excited to bring you this review and wanted to share it sooner that is why I have posted photos and you have seen them on my wrist in ootd posts because I literally carry two everywhere I go. Hands down an amazing creation and if you like to have flat straight hair but are tired of the marks left by traditional hair ties this is for you for sure. Hope you try them out and let my know what you think of them. Have a great evening. Peace, love and light always. Xoxo

My hair is Pravana vivids purple, violet and indigo with some silver streaks where the purple touched my white blonde hair. Was cleaning my pool when I took these photos but wanted to show the Hairslinky in action. Xoxo

Girlfriend Folk Town Vibes

Happy mid week to all, as I type this post it is officially Wednesday which means we have reached the half way point of the week. Happy to be half way to the weekend and having an amazing start to my week. Good vibes have been on point this week and just been feeling all around super happy. It's amazing when you ignore negativity how you can have such an amazing outlook all together. Never allow negativity especially brought on by people that don't know you or reasons that you can't control and that have no relevancy in your life. I'm such a laid back person and always try to remain positive but I sometimes allow things to get to me because I'm sensitive to things, I'm human and I don't know anyone who will find it okay for someone to be spreading lies and gossiping out them. Honestly after dealing with it for a while I have become numb in a sense to it but it really has taught me so many things. One how strong I am, two how happy I am and content in my life, that the insecurities I may have had in my younger years aren't there anymore. My confidence has really grown, now by no means am I cocky or full of myself, but I'm confident in knowing that I have done nothing wrong and that everything I do is with good intentions. That I'm always true to myself and those around me.

Being a blogger is something I have been doing for a long time now, it is something I truly enjoy. I don't consider myself to be some high profile blogger but I love blogging. I never wanted to be someone that would be in the spot light and I don't ever blog to compete with anyone I blog for fun, to inspire others, share my creativity, passions and dreams as well as to share my love for fashion, beauty, and decor with others. I enjoy sharing my finds, favorite fashion and styles, products I love, deals and bargains I find, my love for travel, nature and passion for photography with others. This blog isn't just about fashion, I love to share new things I find, help promote brands I love and stand behind, share my stories of struggles and triumphs, dreams and goals, love, family, health, achievements and a little of everything.

I have had people ask me what type of blog do you have, I never like to say I'm a fashion blogger but since I have been working with or in fashion the last couple of years and fashion is a huge part of my everyday life yes I am a fashion blogger but I have to say I like to refer to my blog as being an eclectic mix of home decor, fashion, accessories, recipes, health and beauty reviews, tips and products, hair, makeup, fitness, health and of course travel. More of a life and style blog, I hope everyone enjoys my posts and once you visit my blog you leave with a better understanding of me, what I enjoy, new inspiration for style and fashion, new stores and products you maybe never have seen or wondered where you could find certain things or products, and also get some information on things like my Botox injections that changed my life and struggles with horrible migraines, health and fitness tips for the ladies in pre menopause, approaching 40 and struggling with the changes to your body that we have no control over, or those who are fighting an illness like my own. I enjoy sharing whatever I can and do my best especially right now when my life is just chaotic to always post something daily. I have so much always going on with my kids schedules and my own schedule and with a hubby who is working all the time. No matter what I hope everyone who visits my blog and follows me on social media knows that I will always support and empower everyone no matter if you're a brand, designer or shop that needs help promoting your product or site, or someone dealing with cyber bullying or stalking, moms who need another mom to talk to, or even a friend when you need help or someone to vent to. I'm always here.

I have a strong values,  kindness is key, you treat others how you want to be treated, never judge anyone, always wish the best and send good vibes even to people who set out to harm you because they must be in a bad place in their lives to be putting so much energy from their own lives into trying to harm people,  those are the people who need the most Kindness and help. I believe that everyone deserves Kindness no matter what period.

Enjoy my outfit of the day from Tuesday. I hope everyone has had an amazing week and that you end your week on a fabulous note. Here's to an amazing hump day to all, and an even better end of the week. Xoxo

Folk town graphic tee by Spell designs, jeans are girlfriend jeans by Silver Jeans Co, and floral kimono was purchased from Fashion Junkee.

My gorgeous rose quartz hand made earrings, crescent tusk necklace with bling, African turquoise and black agate beaded bracelets are all handmade creations by Whiskey + Bone on Etsy. I love all of her handmade, unique designs.  You can use the code WANDERLUSTBABE for 10% off your purchase from her Etsy shop. These earrings are so beautiful and love the shape.

I'm also wearing a few new Alex and Ani fall bracelets mixed in with some older styles all in gold finish. The Aztec wrap has silver and gold beads, then the Calavera skull charm is also part of the new fall collection. My feather bracelet and God speed bracelets are from passed collections but both are still available on their site I believe. For sure the God speed one is and you can even get a ring or necklace to match. Loving their entire new spring collection.

Have been having a lot of fun with my hair. I have been purple many times from underneath, to low and high lights mixed in, ombré, ends or tips and then the entire head. This mix of violet, purple, indigo and silver is a favorite. Olaplex has been my go to life saver for protecting and restoring my hair after stripping then coloring. I use Pravana dye and to keep my color vibrant I was as little as I can and use a few drops of purple Pravana dye from Amazon in my conditioning cleanser, I don't use shampoo ever unless it's a clarifying shampoo or for dry scalp, and I have a hair mask that also has a drop of purple dye to leave a deposit even when conditioning or rinsing. I use my flat iron on a lower setting because heat will cause immediate fading of color. My hair was white prior to coloring and when I say white it was Snow White, I was silver prior to being purple and you have to remove all color for silver to take so my hair had been lifted multiple times to remove my red, which caused a lot of damage and loss of 13" inches of my hair, then I did purple with silver, silver and then the rainbow metallic before finally getting it white enough for the all over silver to take. I used Pravana silver with white conditioner to maintain the silver hair over the summer then let my hair have a rest the last month of summer before finally going purple on the roots with mixed high and low lights of violet, vivid purple and indigo, the silver hair is my white blonde hair that grabbed some off the purple dye and changed on its own to silver. Excited cause these colors are always so fun and change every wash and as it fades or bleeds.

A little peek at some of my finds the passed couple of weeks that are slowly starting to trickle in through the mail.

Yesterday I celebrated my 18 year wedding anniversary with my amazing husband and best friend for 22 years. We spent the day together and took our girls out to celebrate dinner with us. Marriage is always work no one has the perfect relationship it doesn't exist but I think I got pretty close to it with my amazing man and father to my girls. He surprises me all the time and is my biggest supporter. Family is so important and I'm blessed to have an amazing husband, and two healthy, happy, smart and loving daughters that I couldn't be prouder of. Every day they amaze me and I just am so thankful for them. Being a mom is the best gift I have experienced in life with being a wife a very close second. I wish that same love and happiness to all.

Spell & the Gypsy release their newest Oracle collection

The much anticipated release of the newest collection by Spell & the gypsy is due to hit the sites this week. I have seen a few pieces through work and of course leaks online. Tonight the had a snapchat preview and then a few items have been released early online. Here is a little collage I threw together for all you other Spell fanatics and lovers like myself. Tempted to order early but kind of want to wait for the entire line to be released because I have to have some graphic tees, then I'm ordering the purple skirt and tank style blouse for sure.

I love the tank mid length dresses but really excited for the graphic tees and tanks since I love to collect graphic tops. I really adore the tunics blue dress, matching blouse and shorts. The mini skirt and long sleeve blouse in blue shades is gorgeous too. Who do I think I'm kidding it's all beautiful and I want it all but I'm going to be a good girl, I don't use credit cards because I'm anti debt only thing I like to finance is our home and maybe a car if we have to otherwise I'm all about saving up cash to pay upfront. I had credit card debt in my teens and early twenties since then it took me years to payoff and recover my credit now I have cards but for emergency only then maybe Christmas shopping early on. I will never go crazy making purchases unless I have the extra cash or been saving up.

The purple skirt and tank style blouse are first two pieces I have had added along with the Gypsy Dreamer singlet and the first photo to the left top, blue tank and skirt. Waiting now to see the other items in the collection. I have seen a few other pieces on some of the groups I joined and then snuck a peak at the snapchat preview. I really want to order from the US site because the items arrive a little faster and it is easier to exchange if I need to.

I was looking at the sizing for the purple tank blouse and a M is 41" across so that might work but I want it to fit baggy like the look with the skirt, maybe a large going to have to double check measurements. Off to bed just wanted to quickly share my couple screen shots I grabbed while I was peeking. If anyone else is ordering early or preorder before the official launch I would love to hear what styles you picked or liked the most. Also if anyone knows of any promo codes help a woman out lol. I always share all my links and promo codes whenever I can. I'm happy they have free shipping that is always a plus. Also the pricing isn't bad. The oracle boho skirt is 149 AUD which is 114 USD and the matching oracle sleeveless blouse is 129 AUD that is 98.71 USD. Say around $200 for the set. The dress on the top left in blue is the Oracle indigo boho skirt is same price as the purple so imaging the tank is same price also. Again only seen a handful of items but I do know there are few new graphic tops I will want then once I see those will pick two skirts and I want a tank blouse. Have wanted a blouse but don't like long sleeves usually since it's so warm and humid here all year. I'm off to bed, it's officially my 18 year wedding anniversary and excited to celebrate tomorrow. Happy shopping and sneak peek hunting. Peace love and light to all, xoxo

Update- this morning I went ahead and ordered the Oracle boho sleeveless blouse and skirt in purple. Loved it so much couldn't resist.

Photos from www.spelldesigns.com they are not mine and not taking any credit the photos are being used to show styles and promote brand. Thank you

Beauty Stones Green Tea Facial Mask Review

Beauty Stones

Green Tea Facial Mask

Revitalize Your Skin With Natural Green Tea Extract
Jade Series - Anti-Acne

*First video had a song from Rocky Horror Picture show and she did not ask permission but when we changed the song we saw that the copyright owner had granted her permission to use the song as long as there was no monetary gain from the use of the song, which there is not.  We decided to change it before hand and went with a royalty free song.  Thank you to the person who let me know because I didn't realize the song was part of the video I thought it was something she had playing in the background.  Song used in this video is royalty free and permission is given for use on all videos.  Thank you

My video to show how easy and mess free application it is, I truly love this product and highly recommend to women and men of all ages.  It not only helps reduce acne, but has reduced the size of my pores, redness and acne scars.  This is my favorite new product and is now part of my weekly face cleansing and care.

Hello everyone I am doing this review for my mom, she received these masks and tried it herself, loved it, then told me that she had been told that it worked amazing for acne.  Being a teen I have the skin type that has me battling with acne especially since I love to wear makeup daily.  I have used this mask 4 times now and made this video my first time using the product.  I love it and have seen a huge change in my skin.   It has cleared up old red marks or scars, changed my pore size and even cut down the amount of break outs I have a lot.  I have used two a week for two weeks and seen drastic results, I am hoping to be able to continue to use this product and show you some before and after pictures in my next post in two weeks.

Ingredients:  Deionized water, Carbomer, Glycerin, Green tea extract, Hyaluronic acid, Lubrajel oil, Collagen, and Peptide Complex.

Quick thing I would like to mention is I inherited very sensitive skin from my mom and I have had no irritation or allergic reaction to this mask.  It is very easy to apply, I love that you don't have to apply a cream like most masks.  It is really cool that the mask is all on this pre cut mask that you easily apply.  After I apply the mask and allow it time to sit I then massage
in the remaining product which leaves my face feeling so refreshed and soft.

Directions:  Thoroughly clean and dry face before using mask.
Tear open mask packaging and gently unfold the mask and place it on face.
Adjust the mask over eyes ( I had to cut tear the eye holes slightly to make the larger, but I have larger eyes ) nose and mouth to get a smooth fit.
Relax for 15-20 minutes to allow serum to be absorbed.
Remove the facial mask gently and discard.
Massage remaining serum until completely absorbed or rinse and pat dry.  As mentioned above I like to massage the remaining serum into my face and then let it air dry, I feel that this gives me the best results.

Helpful tip:
Apply facial moisturizer or cream after the mask treatment to lock in the nourishment skin just received.
Recommend using the mask at least 2-3 times a week as part of skincare routine to keep skin looking & feeling great.

I highly recommend using it at least twice a week, I would use it 3-4 times a week if I had more product.  I have used it twice a week for two weeks and can't tell you how much I love the results I have seen and feel.

Have a great night,

Smells amazing, feels so good while waiting to remove, you can feel the serum penetrating you skin and going into your pores. After removing the mask I gently massage in the remains serum and leave on to air dry. One of my favorite products for my face I have used. Thank you Beauty Stones.

Hey there everyone, I used two of the masks and also love this product.  It is so easy to apply and after you remove it your face feels so amazing.  I also massage in the remaining amount after removing and discarding the mask, then after I allow it time to air dry I apply my nightly moisturizer and when I wake up my face feels so soft and smooth.  I have only used twice because I really wanted to allow my teen daughter who has more issues with break outs then me, I don't really break out often but I do however have some scarring from my teens and early twenties.  I use to get the cyst style zits on my chin area around that time of the month and had a lot of red marks on my chin, after using this product only twice I have noticed a drastic reduction in the red marks to where they are now barely even visible.  This is a product we plan to continue to use and I also am going to try out a few of there other products.  Be sure to follow them on Instagram and Facebook, then head over to their website, Beauty Stones, and check out the wide variety of skin care and beauty products they carry. Don't forget to use my code DLITE15 for 15% off your order.  They offer free shipping on all orders over $50 also.  Here's to beautiful skin and finding another amazing product.  I am happy to be able to share some amazing new products with you and I know my daughter really loves these masks.  She has already been begging me to order more so she can continue her weekly beauty and skin care routine.  Have a great night and if you order or have sampled this product would love to hear what you think below in the comments.  Good night to everyone and have a dliteful week.

Peace, love and light always xoxo.

** I was sent this product to sample and review, the free sample did not influence my opinion or review on the product sent.  I had my 16 year old daughter with problematic skin, acne prone skin type to review the product with me for two weeks and both of us loved the results.
