Weekend fun

I am having Coachella envy. I have been loving all the photos of the outfits from the festival. Would love to go and one year I will, it's on my bucket list. We are going to Rockville, a two day music festival here in Jacksonville Florida in less than two weeks. Super excited. All weekend I have been checking out outfit photos online and blogs, have some of my favorites saved for a post in the next couple of days highlighting my favorites from Coachella. Nicole Richie is the queen of boho chic style and you know she will be rocking some amazing stuff, saw a floral romper I love.

For now wanted to take a moment to pop in since I am up late and post a quick outifts of the day post from the weekend. If you follow my IG feed you probably have seen these but wanted to share with those who don't follow IG or maybe don't have it. These are a few of my favorites from the passed few days. Hope you enjoy.

Hope y'all had an amazing weekend and here's to a great week! Xoxo ✌️❤️

Pebby Forevee old post from 5-6 weeks ago with my eBay score Turkish coin necklace. Love these tee shirts can't get enough. Expecting two more this week and I had my little one pick her two favorites for her summer wardrobe. Of course she picked two like mama. Love that girl. Going to place the order this week.

Of course I either have a skirt or some ripped jeans. Boyfriend style jeans are my new favorite but these were some machine denim ripped jeans. They have rips all the way down. Hard to put on but my favorite, for me you can't ever have enough destruction the more the better. For sure my style.

Another Pebby Forevee tee and my favorite tee by her. Love this design. The skirt is from EBay and is a floor length chiffon white with black polka dot style. I have seen this selling in shops online for $50-79 I paid under $10, eBay ladies if you see something you love check eBay first. I was so mad one time when I bought a tee for $20 and then found it two weeks after for $1.99 on eBay. Never again. When I shop I take screen shots then hit eBay and search first, almost always I find the same exact or almost identical item for more then half the price difference. That is how I afford to save money to purchase my tees and higher end pieces I want. The tee was not made by someone it was a basic printed graohic style tee but had seen it all over IG and loved it. Could have bought 10 for the price of one don't like that feeling lol.

Check out Pebby Forevee at www.mypebbyforevee for these cute tees. You can pick from so many cute designs, then you pick the color and then have three choices either off the shoulder tee, crew neck or muscle tank. I have all three styles and off the shoulder is my personal favorite but they all rock. Can't go wrong.

Can't wait to style this skirt with so many pieces. Also ordered a pale pink, and a aqua blue for summer. Has an elastic waist and can be worn high waisted, low waist to sweep the floor, has such a romantic feel and I have seen on eBay ipictured as a strapless dress. Going to try that this week with a belt. It has a lining in it but think you may need a extra slip if worn as a dress. I will keep you posted. The colored ones have more layers of chiffon so may work better. Going to get on that this week.

Excited styling my first shoot for the magazine and worked hard to pull clothes, shoes, and accesories. Can't wait to share. Going to sneak some photos to post. It's for our summer issue, had a lot of luck with swimsuit designers, coverups and bags. Also found some amazing beauty products, beach accessories, and cool stuff to add for a section I ran by my editor and boss as beach bag essentials, and she loved the idea. Kind of like a what's inside my beach bag section. Reached out to some brands and shops I love but didn't get a good response like I had hoped,  on them sending items to use. Hoping once I get my first shoot done they will see what a great chance it is. Now that I am working for this magazine not only do my clothes get seen by followers and readers or on my social media but also at work by fashion editors, then when we meet with boutique and shop owners to borrow clothes for shoots they see my clothes, so many have asked about my tees and some of my other pieces. It is great exposure. I know my blog isn't this totally professional blog but I read a lot of blogs and I think it's pretty good. I would be flattered to have my products featured. Minus my typos here and there it is great exposure. I am proud to say I get hundreds of views a day and weekly over in the thousands. Lots of comments and feed back also. Always looking for brands to feature and I post all my outfits on social media. Now when I am reaching out it isn't really for me only it is for styling a shoot. When we style a shoot we have boutiques and shops that send items or we borrow items from the shops or designer. Just in case someone reading has a product or line and they want to get exposure,  I love to rep brands and will not only feature photos but an entire blog post on your line. I also have links in my favorite shops section on the side bar that readers can click and go direct to site. On occasion when I have free time I go on my computer and add links in the posts directly to products and websites also. If you are new to my blog I post 98% of my posts from my iPhone on my back patio when I can't sleep or have free time. I do this blog to share my love of many things, from fashion, bargains, style finds, trends, interior design, diy, art, crafts, photography, traveling, health, product samples, fitness, tv shows and yes I am guilty lol, General hospital gossip lol. I also love to show outfits worn on some fave tv shows or in magazines then show you almost identical items and where to find for less. That's what I refer to as style steals or dress for less tips. I have always loved to read blogs myself and follow many fashion accounts on IG, I love to see regular everday people like myself and other moms fashion and style. I get a lot of inspiration online from blogs as well as magazines and television.

This skirt is amazing. Has a mermaid feel with a tight fit at top and flowy bottom. Had to have as soon as I tried it on. Got a small cause the medium was loose around my upper thighs and really liked the fitted feel. The top I have in a coral color and grabbed this blue because it's my favorite color also it was on clearance. Also got some lace and crochet shoes earlier this week. I think I posted earlier, had some gift cards from promos and figured why not. Trying to add more then sandals and flip flops to my shoe collection. I don't wear my heels unless it's a special occasion. I think it's because I am tall already.

Above is my spring outfit of the day. Got my tan started and wanted to wear my new Target denim shorts. Did a huge shopping trip to Target twice this week for myself and the family. Stocking up on swimwear, tanks, shorts and other cute stuff. These shorts usually aren't my style, I am more of a longer length short kind of girl don't like to wear shorts like my teen daughter but these are so cute and comfy. They have an elastic waist band and cute lace detail on sides. Also got a floral pair with lace crochet style trim. Super cute and like I always say, "Target does it again". Cartwheel had a deal also for 15% off all ladies wear. The week before swimwear was all buy one get one half off also. Then lots of new markdowns. I am hooked lately more then before, I now have the red card so save 5% every purchase almost as good as my 10% discount at walmart from my mom. Then cartwheel and the text coupons, got a ton of gift cards from the $50 groceries and $20 Easter purchases. Love Target. Got some cute decor also, Nate Berkus had this aweome knit wall hanging that reminds me of macrame I snatched up, and some other cool pieces like a fringe basket! Love.

Wearing a cute floral spring top with ruffle detail, this is a older top I got at Kohl's and is made by Candie's. I paired it with my new Target denim shorts. Barefoot here lol, but paired with some Lauren Conrad coral bow sandals also from Kohls and from two years ago.

Gladiator sandals by Mia and from Pacsun. Dress I featured previously from eBay and is a bohemian inspired tunic. They now have them at Fashion Junkee in a sleeveless version, will be ordering in navy.

Elephant tee from Riot Society at Pacsun.  Love all the animal tees. Found a cute elephant tee with pocket at target and a elephant tank at Marshall's this week. Also ordered a buffalo tank from Urban Ourfitters. It's getting late now have to head to bed. Hopefully not to many typos. Did my best to double check as I typed. Have to be awake in four hours. Monday how I dress thee but excited for a new week. Have some goodies coming this week in the mail and some awesome pieces that are being sent to me to try. I am so grateful to everyone who does reach out and offers to send me products or give me a discount on products to share. Keep an eye out because I will have lots of fun stuff to post.

If you are into subscription boxes excited to announce I have a few new ones I signed up for to try out to review. I use to get Ipsy beauty bag, Birchbox, Julep Maven, bark box, and some other cool ones I tried out. As of recent we were down to only the Julep box but now we decided to cancel, we being my 15 year old daughter and I. I have been wanting to try the Hazel Lane box, if you haven't seen this box it's s curated box with several price options, and they feature a different city every month. This box had been around for some time and I got one as a gift last year in February 2014 from another blogger friend, the LA box then got the Nashville box from my friend for my birthday. Believe it arrived in September or October. Both they gifted it to me have tried the different sizes and told me that no nater what price point you kick you won't be disappointed.  My bestie sent me photos of her Arizona box and I was jealous. She is sending me a item I wanted lol, and she sent me an awesome necklace with amethyst from another box, she had a subscription box review blog and always sends me goodies she doesn't want or use. Then my fellow blogger buddy I met my first week blogging was so kind to gift me a box since I have sent her many julep polishes I don't need or have doubles of. Enough rambling, excited to get my first box to review and have a couple others I am found to try.

Off to bed for real now lol, have good one and thank you for stooping by. Xoxo

Week of fashion fun

Wanted to quickly post a few snaps I took of some outfits from this passed week and last week from my Instagram. Love to share what I wear and also follow a lot of others that are posting photos of their daily outfits. Fashion is something j never considered myself to be very into, but discovered I was more into it than I cared to admit. My closet is bursting at the seams and I am always picking up amazing deals and cute finds for amazing prices. I am a savvy, budget conscious shopper always looking for amazing deals.

I have a bit of an accessory obsession. I love jewelry, hair accessories, shoes, purses, watches and scarves. My purse collection is very large and actually have stopped buying designer bags and started buying used or non designer, cute in style bags. I also have cut back on buying shoes, living in Florida I have so many sandals and flip flops it is kind of insane and then every year I get a new pair of boots, booties, and then sneakers. I try not to buy heels anymore because I went over board four years ago buying tons of them and don't wear them as often as I would like. Usually only for a special occasion or event, or date night.

I have so many pieces of jewelry from real items, costume pieces and some knock off pieces I have been given, that I don't even have room to store them. Have had a few pieces break cause the jewelry is so cluttered. I have a jewelry box and several hooks and cute organizers I have gotten to organize them but really just have too much.

My personal style is very comfy and relaxed. I like to call it rocker chic. I love to dress up and use to work as a teachers aid and as a photographer at the schools, so I have a lot of cute pant suits, shorts that are dressier, capris, dresses, skirts, jackets, and other business/formal attire. In fall I love to wear maxi dresses and skirts with either a light weight tank or tee, love layering so I have tons of jackets, vests, cardigans, kimono style tops and other cute layering blouses. My tank too collection is up there with my tee collection and denim collection for sure. When you live in south Florida you can never have enough tank tops, shorts and sundresses along with sandals and flip flops.  My rocker chic comes from a love for destroyed denim, band tees and comfy tees or tanks, lots of rocker style jewelry with chunky chains, skulls and crosses.

I also have a large collection of sunglasses which I need to start remembering to put in my photos with my outfits. I always leave out my bag and glasses. Below are some photos from last week and this week. Will try my best to post under each photo what each item is from the outfit and where I got it. A lot of my clothes are older. I have a a lot of favorite items, some back from a decade or even maybe older. Every season I try to pick up a couple new items to mix and match items I already have to make new outfits and keep in with the latest trend.

My fashion style had always been ripped jeans, tee shirt or tank for casual and cute tops for going out, then sandals or sneakers in the spring summer months, then boots or cute closed toe flats for winter fall months.  Again I apologize for typos and my quick posts, using my iPhone for everything lately and have been dealing with issues with my vision. I will have a post coming later this month with an update on my health issues and the Botox for my migraines. Hoping to get glasses in the near future to help me. Went to eye dr and he claims I have 20/20 vision but my neurologist typed up a letter for me to bring describing my neurological issues and how it is affecting my vision. Hopefully this will help them understand my issues better.

Back to re fashion lol, below are some of my photos and if you see something that I don't list derails in just comment and I will do my best to answer everyone's questions. Again Ty for following and reading. Please share a link to your blog for me to follow back.

Rock and Republic top from Kohl's. Got this a couple years ago and was in sale because one of the studs or more, were coming off. I sewed them back on and perfect now. The necklace and bracelets are also Rock and Republic from Kohl's. Jeans are black, skinny, Lucky Brand purchasd at Burlington Coat Factory for $16. The studded sandals I found at a store called Mabdee that sells cute sandals all for under $15-10. Headband is from Charming Charlie and watch is MK
Marc Jacobs purse on super clearance two years ago. Posted about this in older blog post.
Cute Romper I got from Live Culture, may have a older post about this. Got this in the spring. It was a little long in length but had it hemmed.
This outfit above necklace is Rock and Reoublic. Skirt is lily rose from Marshall's. Top is a black cowl neck top from express with sequins, and shoes are studded grayish black Jessica Simpson. The shoes I purchased almost four years ago from macys.
Gray Michael Kors bag I wore with the animal print skirt and black top. Matched well with the gray colored shoes.
Rock and republic necklace from Kohls
Another angle of the skirt and top, top has sequins and a cowl style neck from Express.
Bracelet is Rock and Reiublic stackable set from Kohl's. Wear them a lot and love the R&R jewelry line and shoes.
This is a more professional office attire style outfit. The pencil skirt is from Express, the top is Candies from Kohls and has a ruffle beck line, Chanel black and white logo pearl necklace, pearl and tennis style layered bracelets and rock and Reoublic from kohls, mid heel, suede black heels.
Another angle of the outfit to show necklace, ruffle in bottom of gray pencil skirt.
Skull top from Marshall's with pearl beading detail, leggings were from Charlotte Russe during Halloween, black boots, skull and crown scarf from Charlotre Russe, skull necklace from Claire's and rock and republic stackable bracelets, along with a cute skull bangle I got in my mystery Halloween box from julep two years ago. Some of these items may be in older blog posts cause I have had all these items for 2-4 years.

Michael kors Astor black studded with silver hardware purse. Hubby got me this 4/5 years ago for my birthday and was my first MK purse. Have matching wallet.
Tory burch clutch with gold chain hardware. Great for evenings out on the town when you don't want to carry a larger bag. I take this to weddings, parties and events. Also clubs and bars or concerts when I need to carry a bag, a lot of times I carry a wristlet or something j can slide in my pocket of my jeans.

Hope there aren't to many typos. Again having issues with my sight due to some health issues and my phone has the worst auto correct. I will try to go over it now before I post. Again my blog is for fun. I am a stay at home mom of two that enjoys blogging about fashion, deals and finds, home decor, photography, party and event planning, interior design, fitness, health and more. Try to cover a little of everything. I even throw in some product reviews along the way. Hope you enjoy. Have a Dlitefiul day.

Yesterday I blogged about cute in style tees that are popular all over now. There are so many amazing places from eBay and etsy to order. As well as pop up shops and websites like www.stylelately.com. Also locally the store Love Culture is going out of business and I have gotten a few cute tops that are $14-15 on sale at up to 60% off. Also a great find I got two weeks ago were some super cute freebird by Steven boots, Steve Madden has a line of cute cowboy rocker style boots that usually retail for over $199-$299 and found a super cute pair at Marshall's for $99.99 two weeks ago. Just wanted to share this deal, they only had the cognac color but still super cute and amazing price.

T-shirt and Tank Obsessed

For years, since I was a teen I have always loved jeans and a cute tee or tank. Usually with flip flops or a cute pair of sneakers, like vans or converse. I always had cool concert tee shirts or graphic tees. Loved the wife beater style tank tops too in solid colors or cool prints. My closet is so ridiculous that I can't even share a photo till I finish cleaning it out, it is bad. I also have two dressers for my clothes but I prefer to hang them and be able to see everything versus digging in a drawer. But I have to work with what I have.

I would love to have a huge closet, which honestly my closet isn't small at all. I use to always fold my tees and tanks then have a talk dresser that I had filled with them, but then started hanging my favorites. My collection has gotten bigger and bigger over the years. I have a lot of tees and tanks now with cute sayings. It's amazing how many creative people are out there and the cute ideas they have. Some of my favorites are still my concert and band tee shirts, I am a rocker girl at heart. I was in my mom's tummy when u attended my first rock concerts, my brother was a huge Kiss fan and my mom would take him to shows, and I was so lucky to attend these. I remember being two or three years old and seeing Kiss live, I loved it, the blowing up and fire, loud rock and roll, tons of people it was so intense. I always thought I was meant to be a rock star but never had any of the talents. Instead I just went to every local rock show along with the big bands, I was hooked. I have some shirts that are over twenty years old and still look amazing.

I love sports so also have a large collection of football tees and other sports teams I like. Recently I have become into shirts with cute sayings. I am not a morning person at all and a friend got me a cute tank top a few years ago that says "I don't do mornings" and it quickly became a favorite. My fashion style has always been very casual and rocker style. I love destroyed denim, I was wearing destroyed denim when I was 16 so over 25 years ago and love skulls, camo, studs, and have always had a passion for cutting up my own clothes and creating a more cutting edge style.

Figured I was due for a blog post about my shirts. Have blogged about my fashion finds and deals, shoe obsession and my favorite jeans. Now I have to have a post about favorite tees. I find a lot of my favorites on etsy and eBay. Also stores like Marshall's, TJ Maxx, Love Culture, Forever 21 and even good will is a great spot. We also have these consignment stores called Plato's closet here. I will buy a men's shirt way to large for me or even a shirt that is worn or has a small hole then cute it and tie it or knot it in a cool way just cause I like the logo or quote on it.

My hubby use to be big into joke shirts and shirts with different crazy dirty jokes or sayings also. He orders me tees all the time and some of the ones he has picked out have become classics and favorites. It's funny cause I have always considered myself to not be a big fashion person when it comes to having style, but I get stopped often and asked who makes that or where did you find that. It is what inspired me to start blogging years ago and still inspires me now to post certain topics on my blog. Tees and tanks are great cause you can dress them up with a cute skirt and later with other tanks and tops or cute cardigans, kimono tops and jackets or even vests. I think a cool tee or tank with a hot skirt and great heals is a go to outfit for me. My everyday fashion is jeans, capris or shorts with a tank or tee, flip flops or converse and a cute tee shirt or tank top.

Some of my personal favorite tees and tanks are my collection of wifey shirts. My hubby has called me wifey since we got married, I have been programmed in his phone as wifey for 16 years and he got me a wifey tee about 12 years ago and since I have a lot of different styles. My favorite is one he got me for Christmas this year off eBay that says wifey and then says the year we were married. Super cute and comfy. I also love my ILY vneck gray wifey tee and then I have a super glitter wifey flowing tank top. I have a few of those in different colors and fonts.

I like the ones with sayings about copycats and crazy people also since I have had some issues with a crazy myself and they just are perfect for people who know me, or about the situation. I could ramble on forever about my tee and tank collection but think the best thing to do is show some of my favorites and then share some amazing sites you can purchase them at. I don't think I can fit them all in one post but will have several posts over the next month dedicated to my love for the cute graphic and quote tees or tanks.

As I think I may have mentioned awhile back my laptop has needed an update but recently decided to save up for a new one so I have been posting from my phone, this makes posting harder for sharing links and photos. I will do my best to share the info until I can get online on my desktop or laptop to post. If you have any questions feel free to comment and I will do my best to get you the information. Also if you are a lover of tanks and tees please share with me. I always love to find others who share the same taste or likes as me.

For now here are some photos of some of my favorite tanks and tees. I will post more in the next coming weeks. Along with some of my favorite band and concert tees, cute outfits and ideas for styling the cute tops along with sites for ordering them. Also will have some cute tees and tanks for photography lovers, cause I have a few of those I love.  Thinking I may revamp my blog soon and try to get it more organized and back to being laid out better. I kind of started slacking since my office became a storage room after we got our garage door fixed and my kids took over all my computers and tablets lol. I love blogging and sharing my love for crafts, baking, photography, home decor, fashion and more. If you have followed my blog over the passed few years then you know I am all over with what I post about but usually everything is something that every female and mom can relate to lol. Enjoy my tees and will have a lot more fashion finds to come.

Love cute sayings and quotes
Graphics from pineapples, skulls and nautical themed tops or tanks.
Bands, and more cute saying or quotes
More sayings and cute graphics, always love a cute flag or American pride tee or tank.
More cute sayings and nautical stuff also love Coca~Cola too my favorite drink

This year nautical was a bit of a fashion obsession of mine, from anchors to anything nautical or boat/beach related.

Old Navy has had some super cute tops and love their pixie pants a new favorite.

I know there are a lot of different styles and types of tees or tanks but wanted to post some of my favorites from this summer that I wore. Will have more coming soon and will post links to where I got most of them. Believe it or not a lot of them were from Old Navy, Love Culture, Marshall's and TJ Maxx. A few were from some online stores, etsy and eBay also. Thank you for checking out my tee and tank obsession. More coming soon.
