Grateful, thankful and happy

I wanted to take a moment to express that I am beyond the happiest I have been in a long time. I have always been blessed, thankful and happy but had a brief struggle with anxiety, postpartum depression, losing myself as a stay at home mom and losing my dad hit me hard, even years after he was gone I hadn't dealt with it all. I struggled for a couple years and always around the same time spring which is when I lost my dad.

For years I have struggled to decide what to do with myself and I have found myself so much this passed few years going thru all my struggles. I love interior design, baking, party event planning, went to nursing school, took some journalism courses, photography classes, and started a party/event planning business making cakes, decorating, every detail. I love to take photos and would love to explore that more now with my camera as I learn, but I really love design. I have done a lot of interior design and decor work for clients, I have planned some amazing parties, weddings and events, I am talented at making cakes and desserts, also I love every aspect of the party planning. I at one point worked as a teachers aid and sub, wanted to get my teaching degree but decided my children are enough for me they complete me and need my undivided attention. With my youngest heading to kindergarten I am going to pursue beauty school. I love coloring hair, doing makeup and making others feel beautiful. I have a natural talent for that and will continue photography courses. I have an eye but my camera has been an adventure, I started with a Nikon 3100 and have decided to get something different that I can do more with. It is a great starter but I have already surpassed that one since Christmas time and am ready to get a step up, I have lots of print shop and editing programs and a Mac book, amazing printer. Everything I need. I want to really explore that and use that for capturing life's amazing moments and photos of events, cakes, interior design jobs, my hair work and more.

I learned a lot about people too this passed couple years. I allowed some really awful people into my life due to my feelings of compassion and sympathy for others. I was always a strong girl who stood my ground and was cautious who I allowed into my life but being down and feeling low I allowed some very shady, fake and really almost sick people into my life. I had one bad experience that had to involve my lawyer and another just hurtful, both hurt because I honestly didn't do anything to these people they were just deeply angry, jealous and envious people who feed off others hurt and it's like that misery loves company thing.

In the end I am unbreakable and this person thinks she hurt me or affected my life, wrong, if anything it is better. I am the stronger, happier, more grateful, spiritual, found myself and learned a lot. Never trust a person who had a break down and is on Prozac lol. Just kidding not nice I have had to take meds myself for anxiety and depression but briefly.

I am blessed I have the most amazing husband, he supports me, loves me, gives me the world, treats me amazing and provides for us, we have a truly amazing life. I have the best daughters a girl could want and thinking of another child maybe. I wanted another right away but postpartum scared me off. But we would love a boy:). Maybe we will see what God has planned for us. I just want to say I am so thankful to the amazing friends I have, the ones who stood by me, loved me, defended me, dragged me out, and just were there. My amazing family, and God for helping me no matter how hard things got he never gave me more then I could handle and really brought me back to my roots. I am one of the nicest, most caring, genuine, people you will meet as long as you don't hurt me. I am blessed more then I ever hoped and so content with my life. I can't wait to see what the future holds. 15 years of marriage and 20 years of being with the most amazing man, our two amazing, smart, loving and creative children never stop surprising me. Thank you Lord for everything and to my amazing man who stands by me no matter what and supports all my business and creative ideas. He has a lot to handle lol:). Hope everyone is feeling as good as me and if not hold on cause the light will come and like I said God never gives you more then you can handle, it will all make you stronger and grow:).

I wish peace, happiness, health and hope if you haven't, you all hold on and find yourself, it will come in time:). Remember karma if you put out good it will come back. No matter how bad someone tries to drag you down, and they will try, don't let outsiders ever effect you or your family. In my case this girl didn't win, I won. I know I didn't do any of the crazy insane stuff she said or made up, I pray for her often even though she hurt me she is also a mom and I never want riser bad happen to anyone. Amen.

Tamra Barney Real Housewives latest fashions

My update this week for tv fashion is starting with Tamra Barney from Real Housewives of Orange County, she has been seen wearing a lot of Tory Burch, Bebe, True Religion and more.  She has her own Ebay store which I featured in a previous post and will post below, you can actually bid on her own outfits and it is a great way to find out who and what designers she is wearing.

I am featuring her wine tasting outfit this week, the Bebe top and pants were up for bid on her Ebay store but they have sold since the episode aired, sorry for the late entry.  Below is a photo of her in the outfit and the outfit from the Bebe store.  You can shop Bebe.com for outfits close to this one and Tory Burch.com for jewelry similar to the styles you have seen her wear this season.  The necklace she has been wearing in gold and silver are sold out online but I have found many for sale on EBay.com.  I got the earrings in gold and silver, the necklace I got in silver was unable to find the gold.  I may be selling the gold earrings on my own store soon.

Michael Kors designer wallets up for auction check them out great deal

Have these two Michael Kors authentic leather wallets on my eBay store! Retailed for $158. Bids are below half the retail right now.

One is the Fulton flap continental with gold MK logo on front, snap flap closure with inside zip pocket, plenty f room for credit card, id and check book then outside an additional pocket. It is a bright Palm green and great for summer. I have in tangerine, green and fuchsia.

The other one is the Saratoga zip around continental in blush. Has gold Michal Kors name on gold plate on front, full sip around closure, inside plenty of room for cards, zip up money pocket and room for check book. Also has back pocket. Both wallets are real leather, authentic MK's wallets an retailed for $158.

My designer scores all on sale or deeply discounted

I got some amazing items today all discounted or on sale at outlet mall. We live near sawgrass mills mall and they have this section, an outdoor section of shops called the Colonade and they have every designer you could imagine it is shopping paradise. During the week the sales are amazing. Best time to go:).

I got some Tory Burch cardigans similar to my Navy one. I grabbed black and then purple was super marked down, I have a lot of cute stuff that will go with. I got two more leather patent wraps with gold logos one is navy and one in pink, may put one up for sale on my eBay store, I grabbed a silver cuff TB logo bracelet, been wanting one of these forever. Almost bought a knock off but glad I didn't. They had tons of necklaces in a box but had a sick little one with me no time to look, but all were 79-99 and retailed for 140-260. Next time I am only getting a necklace. I also got orange flip flops, plus some amazing red sandals. I got a brown leathe wallet and a yellow patent leather wallet. Figured that things have been going so good with EBay store and my business I would splurge, maybe not needed because mothers day I got a lot but I wanted these things for awhile and saved 50-75% off retail.

Also got some True Religion Bermuda shorts, a tank and a tee. Then a Michael Kors wallet to add to eBay store, already have one listed check it out great price 50% less then retail the bid start at! May be adding another MK wallet and one of those Tory Burch wallets and a patent leather bracelet wrap. Stay tuned. Wanted a pair of True Religion Capri pants my favorite pair ever came from them but a size 24 my teen daughter now wears those cause I refuse to be that thin ever lol she is tiny can't believe I was that small a year and a half ago lol. I am at a 27 and very happy but can't find the capris I loved. They were dark denim and had stretch to them, amazing fit:(. Sad but will find some similar soon. Almost got jeans but I have way to many and summer is coming.

Last up my newest handbag, I have a purse obsession always have. I use to love Coach, but then changed to a dedicated Michael Kors owner, I have Juicy, LV, Gucci, Chloe, Celine, Dooney, Rachel Zoe bag, some Jessica Simpson cute bags for matching outfits, but my favorite ones are my Marc Jacobs. I have the Dr J lil riz hobo in black, love it. Also have a purple from the same line I found at Barney's at the outlet mall, my newest addition was my best steal ever! Thi bag is the Marc Jacobs Wellington Classic Bugatti, in black, retails for $1250 @ major department stores, I got at Off the Rack for $280! Yes $280 I thought it was wrong too. It has some scratches on one zipper in front and inside zip pocket is hard to zip but unzips fine, it didn't have the long strap but one of the sales ladies told me you can contact Marc Jacobs customer service to get a replacement strap. I love this bag:). Now looking for a Marc Jacobs black wallet, I like to carry the same brand wallet can be different colors, right now I love a bright color wallet with black or brown bag, summer is time for colors. We all want the best, I save for months my own money then shop but only sale items, never buy anything for retail, if I get something at retail it is a gift from my hubby. But I have him trained to look for and use coupons or shop on sale days lol.

Coral and silver Monday mani

My Monday manicure was a quick last second polish change. My nails were chipped and looked bad, due for a pedicure and hair color this week but nails couldn't wait. My favorite colors right now are coral, turquoise, yellow, lime green and bright colors.

I went with Sally Hansen Xtreme wear in Coral Reef and Pure Ice Dazzle Me glitter accent nail. I wanted to keep it budget friendly since I been focusing a lot on budget friendly decor and fashion. You don't have to spend a lot to have gorgeous nails. Sally Hansen polish is great quality and can be found at any drug store or places like Walmart and Target for a great price and the colors are amazing. Pure Ice is also a great inexpensive polish with some amazing colors. Just be sure to use a good base and top coat. I used Butter London Nail foundation, and Seche for my top coat just because I needed a quick dry and couldn't find my favorite Out the Door or Poshe.

Enjoy the photos again I never take the time to clean up polish I get on cuticles before I snap photos, if I did I would never get photos lol. Crack Hair Fix styling cream

This is a product I sampled and reviewed a few month back, love it! Give it five stars hands down. It is amazing for everything. A small bottle retails for $9.99 and large $19.99 which you may think is expensive but when you see how many uses this has and how many hair products you can eliminate and just use this one product you will be sold for sure. Worth every penny.

I have some samples thanks to my favorite local beauty supply A-Daz-L in Pembroke Pines, if you live local you should check them out. The staff is super friendly, have my favorites:). Twy have a lot of knowledge, great pricing and tons of products. Also have a salon in the store.

Crack is a habit forming fair fix for sure. Great name cause it is addictions and takes a small amount. The sample pack I got three uses out of because you only need to use a small dime size drop to rub through ends. This is a leave in styling treatment, styling cream, heat protectant, frizz control, gel, sun protection (great for summer), smooths, nourishes, protects, mends and adds shine. I use to use leave in conditioner, detangler, heat protector when ironing or drying, gel, mouse, liquid shine to control frizz and add shine but now I use just this.

It is great for all hair types, curly, straight, ethnic hair, long, and thin. Just remember less is more. Dream Sofa, large Sectional for our living room redesign

We have been searching for months for a great, comfortable, large, custom sectional.  We usually get leather, but over the years we have only had leather except for our family room sofa which is microfiber.  Pro's to leather it is easy to clean and it is cool.  Pro's to the microfiber is it is also easy to clean, our sofa is scotch guard treated, not sure if that is why but we have had many accidents and everything has cleaned up no problem.  Sofa belonged to a friend and when she moved I got it from her for a bargain, it was less then a year old.  We have had it five to six years and looks like new.  Con's to leather it can rip and tear especially with a cat, he does not have front claws but the back ones really leave some marks when he jumps to the back to look at window, which he loves.  I think the only con to microfiber is it can get hot but we have ac so that isn't a big deal.  My husband loves the leather but I think a fabric sofa is more comfy and looks nicer.

We looked at Macy's, then the furniture stores like El Dorado, City Furniture and Rooms to go.  I also love Haverty's we got our marble top dining set there and it is amazing quality.  Finding a custom sectional is not easy, we have a long living room with a large window and tv, we want something we can basically custom size by adding different pieces to make it one large bed almost when we move in the larger ottomans we want in place of coffee table.  I do not like glass or wood coffee tables anymore.  A ottoman is a must and one with storage for throws and toys is a bonus.  We found one we love at Crate and Barrel tonight when we were walking some shops killing time.  It is called the Axis and it has everything we want and more.  It is deep seating, comfy with down filling, made well and has so many fabric and color choices it is amazing, also we can order as many different combos as you could dream. Not sure if I am doing a brown, tan, blue or grey, thinking neutral just because my style and mood changes often, I redecorate more then you can imagine.  My house is changing often.

Below are some photos, we would do the chaise on one side then add a armless loveseat for the longer side along window.  I also love the textured microsuede chocolate color.  They have the storage larger ottoman too, which is what I have had a hard time finding with the previous sets I liked.  I think this is the one y'all.  Let me know what you think because after we reserve our cabin for summer vacation I think the following payday this will be my big purchase for the summer, since our bedroom is done and the next big project is our patio.  We are planning to lay stamped concrete patio deck around pool and extend for an outdoor kitchen, seating area and gazebo, tiki hut.  Hubby wants a tiki hut so bad lol.  Anyhow below are the photos and fingers crossed this one is the one we get, amazingly we both loved it.  Have a great weekend everyone=).

This chair for the wall across from the sofa for extra seating and there is also a small ottoman we could get for this, but want the larger one, but maybe two of them so we can slide them in and turn sofa into a large bed for movie night with the kid's.

Larger ottoman and is available with or without storage.  Amazing set the photos do it no justice, there is a texture to the fabric with lighter and darker microsuede pattern

Miss Me and True Religion for sale

I have added some new items to my EBay store for everyone into designer fashion and even designer bedding.
