Comfortable but stylish outfit ideas

On the road heading to Tallahassee today then off to New Orleans tomorrow for the weekend. Last night while packing was looking for something cute but still stylish I could wear for the car ride. Of course I have two suitcases and a bag for shoes. We will be gone two weeks and wanted to make sure I had plenty of tees and tanks, shorts and jeans, skirts and cute tops, dresses, and of course kimonos. Managed to pack a ton of cute things in a two medium suitcases then have a duffle bag with my converse, toms and sandals. I my brought one pair of heels because I like to be comfy while traveling.

Last night we went out to dinner to celebrate my hubby's birthday with his parents and my mom, decided to go comfy for that also. Was going to wear that outfit but the tassels were rough getting in and out of the car, kept getting caught and didn't want to rip them. When I got home I ended up going with some super comfortable pants and layering a solid tank with my cute tassel white tank from forever 21. Excited to post vacation photos and show some of my new cute outfits. Got a lot of new graphic tees and tanks. Also some items didn't arrive before I left, so will be exciting to arrive home to new goodies, was hoping my new Silver jeans I got for being an ambassador along with a graphic tanks with their logo would have arrived, also two more Pam&gela tanks I scored off eBay, several kimonos, new jewelry I found on Etsy and IG then some other cute pieces I found.

Okay let me post the photos because I am having a hard time focusing on writing when the kids are talking and music is playing. Everyone have a lovely end of the week and weekend. Xoxo ✌️❤️ I will be back to proof this post later, sorry my iPhone likes to auto correct my posts and always changes what I write.

Ootd Fashion Post

Today I am packing for our vacation, currently in the process of washing the last load of laundry and just finished cleaning the house. I always love to leave the house spotless, and have fresh linens so when we come home we can just relax that first evening. I also try to wash my clothes the last day of vacation or when we have some down time since we rent a house, that way I don't come home with two weeks of dirty laundry. It is a great way to do things because then you can come home from vacation and chill instead of having to clean or wash clothes the first couple days you are home.

We are super excited to leave tomorrow am, we are picking up the rental car and booked a mid size SUV but my hubby called because the girl told me I could get a free upgrade the day I pick up and looks like we are going to get a Tahoe for the price of the Explorer or Equinox. I drive the large Lexus SUV, but we don't like to put mileage on my car if we don't have to, we are hoping to get the Tahoe or even a mini van if that's all they have, since it has more room. We will be gone two weeks and need lots of room for luggage along with room to stretch out and be able to relax while driving. I always over pack lol, and have two daughters so we have a lot of luggage.

While I am traveling I will be updating and posting on the blog, especially while we are driving to the locations. I am hoping to be able to have time to work on some of the posts I have had ideas for, for some time but just haven't had the time to sit down and type up. I have several reviews on shops and products I would like to share as well as some more photos.

Today I just wanted to quickly post from my iPhone and upload some new photos of some of my ootd posts from Instagram along with my new hair photos, and some other new stuff I got. I am excited and sad I will be missing the annual Miami swim fashion week but my post on the Traingl bikini will be up on several local blogs thanks to my amazing boss. It isn't the same post I shared here but I plan to repost or share the link here. It has more photos of the suit on, detailed photos of the suit, from stitching to buckle and more. Plus I review not just the swimsuit but the website, live chat, customer service, sizing, material, shipping and discuss some research I did on their return policy and how others felt about returning their suit. Keep an eye out here and on my Instagram for that, also I will be showing some of my favorite Miami swimsuit designers along with the best swim fashion shows to hit, the ones I would have been at for sure if I wasn't away on vacation. I was lucky enough to work this passed week and weeks prior with several amazing designers on helping set up or design their booths, style their shows and more. I am sad I won't be here for the actual event but it has been amazing being part of it. Also got some super cute bikinis and cover ups to share when I return. Hoping by the time I get back I will have my custom Betty bangs bikini made, and can show you how amazing her suits are. She makes them all by herself with her sewing machine, she is famous for the teekini where she took band tee shirts and sewed them with a lining turning them into sexy, super hot, swimsuits that were all the buzz here in Miami and south Florida. I am lucky enough to have met her many years ago before her line took off and she sent me one bikini many years ago and I just recently contacted her about getting a custom made gypsy bohemian vibe bikini made, she promised me as soon as swim week was over she would make it.

Okay enough rambling about that lol, here are the photos I wanted to share below. I will add details below each photo. Also I will be adding the links to the site and posts little by little, as you can see in some posts I have already changed them. I post most of my blog posts from my iPhone because it is so easy, all my photos are in my phone and I just find it so convenient. Only down side I can't add the links to sites. I like to have a few links that make it easier for you, the reader to just click and be directed straight to the web page or even the product I am showing or reviewing. I promise I will have most of the more recent posts updated by the end of the month.

Enjoy my photos and new stuff I have gotten. A few items didn't make it yet, I still have till six tonight for UPS and Fed Ex to deliver, I may update if they do make it later adding some more photos but if not I will have some amazing handmade jewelry I ordered from a sweet lady I met on IG @gypsyhavenjewels and some other eBay scores.

This super cute Caftan style top is from Forever 21. It is made of a super sheer, light weight gauze style material, with a pull tie right below your bust to adjust, it really accentuates your figure and looks amazing. Love the black Aztec style pattern that trims the top. It can be worn as a dress or beach cover up, or like I have it with some light weight leggings in capri length.

I chose to pair it with my Adam Rabbit raw citrine necklace and a silver crescent moon with star necklace I found on eBay.
Can't see them but wearing black Tory Burch sandals with silver TB logo and a similar design black and cream bottom. Love TB sandals, flats and even her flip flops.

Got this super cute pair of pajamas at Target. I also got a pair with icecream for breakfast, and ones with little cute foxes on them. Wanted some light weight pj's since we will be in the hot south and Texas. The cute doughnut socks I found at Forever 21 and also have a pair with Pineapples and Foxes, which made me have to grab the fox pajama's also. I was told the fox pjs are normally only sold online but I guess someone had returned them to the store, my daughter also wanted a pair and when I asked the lady looked to see on the computer if they had any in the back or in store that maybe we over looked, but she said that they were a online only item and had been a return. They are super cute and for $14.99 can't beat it.

I ordered a large order from Wet Seal over two weeks ago and it arrived this week. I got this cute, Go climb a cactus tank, for $6 and these ripped white Machine denim jean shorts for $10, also wearing my Forever 21 cactus necklace. Can't wait to rock this in Texas. I also got other shorts, jeans and tops you can see on my Instagram page, @cr8tivefashionwanderlust. You can also always look just at my graphic tee and tank collection on Instagram by using the hashtag #melissastees. Makes it easier if you only want to see my collection of graphic tees and tanks versus all my other many photos lol.

More cute tops from Boho Circus. Love this Free Spirit, VW with feather graphic tank and the Radiate positive vibes tee. The kimono underneath I scored for $3 bucks off eBay. It's gorgeous and have seen the exact same and similar ones from $25-45 online. It has the tassel crochet style bottom and lovely blue teal floral print. I love it.

M new hair color which I call rose gold ombré. It's a light blonde to reddish, orange, coral color ombré, there are shades of peach and coral as it gets darker. It is blended lovely and after having to strip my hair two days in a row, thanks to a product I have been using for around 6-8 months, Olaplex, my hair is even healthier them before. Normally it would be fried but this Olaplex three step product is amazing. The blue I had didn't want to come out the neon shade was very happy and didn't want to leave but the orange eventually just covered it and canceled it out.

Looks brighter due to the lighting but it is a gorgeous white blonde that fades down into a peach, coral and then orange and brownish red tone. Love it and couldn't be happier. Judy, a new stylist I found did it for me and used of course Pravana colors, that's all I use in my hair and again Olaplex.

Here wearing my pam&gela tank I got for $20 off eBay, blonde power! Love it this is my third top from their line. I have two tanks and one tee. Love them.

Wearing my silver jeans suki shorts and forever 21 kimono, the necklace is also forever 21 and the bracelets are Lacey Ryan, and lokai. For those who don't know already I am a official brand rep or as they call it at Silver jeans, a Silver jeans Ambassador. I was so excited am honored to be asked to apply to be a part of this amazing program and then even more excited and over joyed to get the email welcoming me. I love silver jeans and have worn them for over a decade. I will have an upcoming post dedicated to the brand and all the many styles I own.

Have to run and do some stuff quick but will be back to finish the post shortly, sorry to run mid post but looks like rain is coming and have to get a few things done quickly so I can start packing. Promise I will add the rest of the photos and new items shortly. Ty ✌️❤️😘

Weekend style

Hope everyone had a lovely holiday weekend. We went to the beach super early yesterday to secure parking and a spot for our canopy. We had friends and family all staying in rooms down by the beach so we were able to spend the entire day laying out, under our canopy relaxing, swimming in the ocean, eating beach side, relaxing with family and friends then watching the amazing firerwork display put on by the city of Hollywood at Hollywood Beach, FL.

Wanted to quickly post some of my end of the week and weekend fashion posts from Instagram. I will be online tomorrow updating more posts, adding links, and changing a few things to make the blog easier to follow and find items. Have a lovely Sunday Funday.

This lovely graphic tee was sent to me by Bohocircus. You can find them on Instagram at @bohocircus and on the web either on Etsy, or they recently have launched a website at www.bohocircus.com. Very kind ladies and lots of cute and stylish bohemian inspired clothing, decor and more. You won't want to miss checking out this site. Here I am wearing the Gypsea tee. I also have their bohemian definition tank, Texas roadtrip tee (below), and then have two more tops that should arrive tomorrow. I will be sure to share. If you enjoy my daily fashion and outfit posts be sure to check out my new IG account dedicated to my daily ootd and fashion posts with some home decor, vintage and bohemain finds, bargain scores and more. @cr8tivefashionwanderlust.

Also wanted to share the other shirt sent to me by Boho Circus, this tee is the Texas Roadtrip or Welcome to Texas tee and is from their other shop which can be found on IG @Arosyoutlook. They have lots of cute Texas tees and Texas apparel items. Be sure to pass by and follow them as well as take a look at their link in their profile to the shop. I met these ladies through Etsy when ordering my first tank top, the Bohemian definition tank and was telling them about my job as a stylist along with my blog, then mentioned I would be visiting Texas. They were so kind to send me these two tees to post here and on my social media along with telling me some great spots to visit and for shopping while in Texas. As I mentioned above I have two more tops on their way, can't wait to share them,  and will be ordering some more items after vacation. This will be another upcoming blog post feature. Waiting for my new tops to arrive so I can post all my graphic tees and tanks at once. You can easily find all my graphic top collection on Instagram using the hashtag #melissastees.

Here I am wearing a awesome graphic tank by O'Neill. I found these amazing $5 cami tanks that have the racer style straps or regular thin straps at Walmart. It has a lined bust area to make wearing light weight and white tanks with thin straps possible with out showing to much.  I paired this cute tank with my eBay find, kimono with tassel detail that I got for $7 and my favorite brand jeans, Silver Jeans Co, here I am wearing the Tuesday bootcut style with a distressed look. I am very excited to announce later this week some exciting news about the Silver Jeans Co. I am going to dedicate and entire post to showing some of my many styles and fits by this amazing brand. Also I will be going over the quality and why these jeans are my favorites. I can start now by telling you that this pair I have on above I have had for over a decade. I found these jeans on sale while looking for some ripped or distressed jeans. Back then it was hard to find distressed jeans and usually had to rip or cut them myself but I did find these. The fit is amazing and quality is above most brands of denim. I loved them so much I bought several pairs in a couple sizes since my weight fluctuates often. Keep an eye out next week, as well as on all my social media accounts for more Silver Jeans styles, info, promotions and more. I don't want to leave out the lovely necklace I am wearing here, I layered my feather necklace from eBay with this gorgeous raw citrine gem stone necklace by an amazing and talented Etsy seller, I added her store to my favorite shops in the side bar, her name is Adam Rabbit and you can follow her on Instagram @Adamrabbitjewelry, you will also find the same link to her shop in her Instagram profile. Bracelets are by another favorite jewelry designer and line I love by Lacey Ryan. You can also find her on Instagram at Laceyryaninc or in my favorite shops links here on my blog on the desktop version of blogger. Her website is www.laceyryan.com and you can also find her collab with Maurices at www.maurices.com. I love Maurices and they also carry the Silver brand jeans in many styles.

Above I am wearing a tee I got off Etsy from Sweet_T's. I will be adding a link to this post and my blog in the favorite shops. Was thinking of making a section with favorite tee shirt shops that way everyone who enjoys and loves my graphic tee collection can find the shops I get them from easier. She had a sale going on so I had to grab this tank, CrazyBeautifulLife and HauteMama tee then also scooped up a regular priced Hello Weekend tee. Shirts are nice quality and super fast shipping. Be sure to read the size guides because my tank is a medium since it's boyfriend fit but my tee shirts I had to order a XL and still have a more fitted look. I don't mind I like my tees and tanks all different fits and looks. I don't mind the tighter fitted look. They are adorable and made great additions for my collection.

I paired this graphic tank with my Silver jeans capris in Santorini style. They have a slightly distressed look. Be sure to check out Silver Jeans on IG @Silverjeansco and will be adding to my favorite shops in side bar but for how the link to their website is www.silverjeans.com. Again tomorrow I will be logging on from my lap top to add clickable links, where you will see an underscored or underlined word or phrase that you can just click and will be directed right to the site or in some cases the item I am posting about. Love this feature but have been unable to do this when posting from my iPhone which I am doing now.

Kimono is from Wet Seal and was an amazing deal at $9.76 on sale after promo codes. Purchased for my daughter and borrowed it for this day. Again hate to always be on the repeat but wearing Lacey Ryan necklace, it's the wish upon a feather lariat style gold chain, with feather charm from her collab with Maurices. Also have a ton of her amazing bracelets which I wear daily because they are great for mixing, matching and stacking. Also my Lokai bracelets. Anything with good energy or vibes is right up my alley.  Be sure to check out the Lokai site also. I have the limited edition Blue (water day) and Camo (WWF) along with the Classic.

Another top by Sweet_T's on Etsy. This tee was not part of her sale but loved the color and gold graphic, plus who can resist a Hello Weekend tee?! Love the weekend. Almost got the hello summer tee but summer is well under way and scary to say getting close to the half way point. Makes me sad I want the summer to last six months. Love having my girls home and getting to spend quality time together. Here I paired this lovely graphic top with a crochet maxi skirt from Forever 21. It has a crochet detailed waist band with crochet inserts down the skirt, it is lightly lined on top half and has a zipper back. Love this bohemian style skirt and added my pineapple gold charm necklace from last season, Old Navy. Love my pineapples for summer.

Above a photo of just some of the many different styles and looks of jeans, skirts, capris and shorts I have by Silver jeans Co. Again I have a post dedicated to the brand coming up this week, I have taken out all my jeans by them, and also other items like tanks, tees, jacket and vests. I am just waiting on my new boyfriend jeans to arrive then I will have the post up. Also working on some photos of different angles of the styles on, that way you can see how amazing they fit, even us ladies with some curves that are not super tiny, they really fit all types well. I find these to be amazing quality and the fit is great. Being almost 40 I think they are fabulous, they still have the stylish looks but can be worn be women of all ages and don't look like we are trying to dress like a teen still. Love that. Also love how they compliment and accentuate my curves. For sure no mom jeans here. But don't feel like I am trying to dress like my 16 year old either even though she does borrow a lot of my clothing lol.

Above I have the Francy Skirt, Suki shorts, Tuesday bootcut and capris then the Santorini capris also. You will see many styles, cuts, lengths, waist fits from high, mid and low cut, along with leg cut, I have boot, straight leg, skinny and capri lengths also. Just can't say enough about these jeans and how they fit. If you know me you know about Silver Jeans because I live in their brand and am always asked what brand I am wearing. That's another reason why my news is so exciting. I don't think I can make it to the post later this week but I am trying my best. I have already leaked the news on my IG.

Here I was putting together a outfit flatlay for ideas or inspiration for July 4th. We spent the day on the beach and I wore my new Triangl Brigette in the denim shades of blue with this skirt and the poncho for lounging beach side, or walking the board walk. I did end up changing into shorts but only because my skirt had gotten wet.

I went with my Target muscle tank with red white and blue graphic. Also had a eagle graphic which I love. What represents America and the feeling of being free and freedom better than a Eagle. Paired it with the Francy mini skirt by Silver Jeans Co, and my American flag poncho my mom got me from Cracker Barrel. I have gotten a lot of wear out of this and can't tell you how many people stopped me yesterday and Memorial Day weekend to ask where I found this. It is a hit for sure. The accessories are a head band I ordered last year before Memorial Day weekend from a shop I found on Etsy called Itsy Bitsy bands, necklace is just a red, white and blue beaded necklace I got over the years at one of the many celebrations for our country. Then have this cute wrap that can be worn as a necklace or bracelet from Old Navy last spring. Hope everyone enjoyed their July 4th, I know we had one of the best in years. ✌️❤️🇺🇸

My epic weekend tank paired with my JCrew boyfriend jeans. Just ordered a new pair because my other pairs are too big. I can still wear them since boyfriend jeans look cute baggy but wanted a pair that had a more fitted look. These are amazing and I get so many people asking me about these jeans also on my social media. They have been on clearance for some time on the JCrew website and when I ordered these they had sizes 27,28 and 31 but after I ordered my pair of 27's and a pair of 28 I noticed all that was left was 27 and 30. These are the 27 and fit me perfect, the 28 is just slightly loose in the waist, I also have a 29 which is large I have to wear a belt or they fall down and can pull them down without I buttoning them but they are still worn often because they are so comfy. Every time I ordered they were on sale or clearance so haven't paid over $60 for a pair. Can't wait to try the Silver Jeans Boyfriend fit, basically the only style I haven't tried or own, and love the boyfriend fit.  The distressed look is amazing, just be careful putting them on, these are made of a lighter weight denim and the holes will rip easily. I always make sure to sit when putting them on so I don't put my foot through one of the holes, distressed and ripped jeans are my favorite and have been since I was a teen so I have mastered the many ways of taking care of them so they last long. I also wash them separately on cold, gentle cycle and hang to dry. Again jewels are by Lacey Ryan😘

My outfit from the beach last night after laying out all day, I showered off and changed for the firework show. The fireworks display was amazing that the city of Hollywood put on off Hollywood beach. We had amazing seats on the beach just north of the barge they launch them from out in the ocean. It was by far the best seats and show we have been to in many years. I am wearing my tank from target from above and all same items only change was I had worn my Silver jeans skirt on all day on the beach with the poncho and it was wet, I ended up wearing these Vigoss jean shorts I wore for memorial day with the red, white and blue blinged out pockets.

Last of all, everyone knows the saying, A Sunday well spent means a week of content. Always love to spend my sunday with my girls and family relaxing or just spending some quality time together. Today I am wearing my Sunday Funday tee I scooped up off eBay for under $15, love the v neck cut and it's very soft. Paired it with a tie dye blackish/gray and white maxi skirt from Forever 21 with a elastic waist and draw string to tighten with tassel detail, it also has a lovely crochet inlay down the skirt and at the bottom. Love this skirt. Has the crinkled look and is very bohemian, gypsy vibin. We know how much I love that style or look. Just so me. Unfortanletly for Instagram the lovely necklace was cropped out. It's also from forever 21 and looks like a large bangle with open front that you wear around your neck, on one side is a star charm and the other side a chain with a crescent moon. Bracelets are, hmmm I wonder lol, Lacey Ryan and Lokai. Again I can not say enough times how much I love the Lacey Ryan collection. I also really love how she did the line with Maurices which makes it easier and more affordable for everyone to own some of her designs. Her site the pieces are a little higher priced, but the quality and materials are higher end, but the maurices line is super affordable and they are just as gorgeous. She really is an amazing designer, also a very kind and inspiring woman.

Happy weekend again, I will be working tomorrow on updating links and proofing more old posts, then I will be adding my Silver Jeans post also this upcoming week and we leave for our two week summer vacation. I will be blogging here and there when I have some down time on the trip. Also will have many photos on my photography and personal account. I also will be sure to post some photos on my fashion account and here of New Orleans and Texas. We are all so excited. We pick up our rental car on Wednesday night and leave early Thursday am. This week will be packing and preparing along with laundry and cleaning. I always like to leave my house spotless so when we return I feel welcomed and happy to be home.

Have a great end of the weekend and fabulous Monday. ✌️❤️ XOXO

Dupe or fake Triangl Bikinis

Hello, happy almost Friday and July 4th weekend. I have gotten a huge response from my review I posted yesterday on the Traingl bikinis, so many questions and I will be doing my best to answer as many of them as possible. I am going to try to add on to yesterday's review some more details, answers to as many questions as I can answer and I am going to add some photos today also. // Also quick note I have since come back and re edited this because I have received other Triangl suits and have since ordered two dupes off Ali Express site for my daughter so I can compare for my readers. Didn't want to order dupes and upset the Triangl company because they have been so awesome but it is solely for comparison and to show the true quality of the real suit, but allow a less expensive, safe alternate for younger readers and those who just can't spend that kind of money. //

One big question I have seen a lot of here on the blog, emails, on my twitter and then on instagram is about fake or dupe bikinis. Yes there are a ton of them out there. When I was researching this bikini I came across many reviews and YouTube videos on the fakes as well as listings for the fake suits. I also saw a bunch on ebay. Since last summer when these suits really started to get popular a lot of people even some stores have come out with styles that are similar.

Above suit I found at Target by their Exhilaration line and my daughter has a purple and black suit that looks a lot like the suit they had last summer with triangle top, purple with black trim. This suit has a lot of padding would not fit me but would be great for ladies A-D cup comes in S-XL. This has a halter fit and ties behind neck versus the bra like straps the Poppy style Triangl has.

Target (like shown above) has a few that look like the triangl, and even Victoria Secret has some styles as well. I know we all love to save money, I will be the first person to tell you that I am always looking for a good way to save but when it came to this suit I wanted a Triangl and none of the knock off or dupes were going to fulfill my want or needs. Sure VS makes a good quality suit I have many suits by them but it still wasn't a Triangl. Then looking at the fakes out there, being larger busted I couldn't even consider these because they are made cheap, most are not even neoprene, then a lot of them only come in the option of ordering S-L or if they do have a XL it has padding or is for a D cup and is larger around. I don't like padding and love the Triangl Brigette and Poppy for the bra like support.  The more I have watched videos and now that I own a few real Triangl suits, when I first started this review I had the Brigette only but now I have several of the Poppy suits in different colors, ordered one myself, got a complimentary one with my purchase, then won three off eBay. I have now taken the plunge to order a couple of the dupes myself. I watched a lot of videos on the dupes and was amazed how real some looked. I really wanted to just have an option for my readers who are bargain shoppers like myself or for those who just can't afford it but want the look, even the younger ladies like my daughter who love the look but can't afford to spend that money, or even are still growing and don't want to waste $100 on a suit that they will only out grow.

Below I am going to show you some of the many popular dupes. If you want to read more reviews check out YouTube there are some ladies who did some amazing reviews. I did see one girl who ordered three styles from a site similar to eBay (Alibaba) and the suits were the solid color bra style suits, I have to say they looked pretty spot on and were priced at 15 each and free shipping. I don't recommend or promote buying a fake/dupe because again you won't have the high quality luxe neoprene material that made these suits popular and the fit won't be as good, but I do understand that some want the look without breaking the bank. I get it, I am guilty I have done it many times and usually it is with a shirt, kimono or some jeans that are a no brand name but you always get what you pay for in the end and sometimes some things seem to good to be true. Just be careful, make sure the person you order from has several sales, read their reviews, a lot of customers post photos of the suits and leave great feed back. I recommend ordering from Alibaba if you are looking for the higher quality dupes. Most of the lower quality I found on eBay and Amazon or even some online shops. I recommend searching for neoprene bikini or neoprene triangl.

Okay let's start with the ones that look just like the real deal.

Above suit is from triangl.com site, it is the Milly-SantaRosa. As you can see it is a lovely bright blue with black trim. These suits are made of a very thick wet suit material, neoprene. When you receive the suit you will see right away the bottoms are a thick material. They also look just like th photo, they aren't these large brief looking bottoms.

The above photo is from EBay. (Not my photo using only for comparison) This shows you how close the dupes are and can be to looking just like the real deal. But when it arrives it does not look always look like the photo. I have ordered many items off eBay that they will use a photo of the original item and send you a cheap knock off that looks nothing like the photo. Be cautious of ads with photos of models wearing the suit usually taken from IG or blogs, and ones that look just like the photo from the real website. You want to look like photos like the one below that show the suit alone and usually you will be able to tell then the difference from the other shots.

Above is what the suit really looks like. A great example of how they take several photos of the real suit then luckily some have the actual suit like this seller. Like I mentioned above a lot of  sellers, mostly from over seas will take photos from other sites or the actual real site and use them on their ad. That's why you always have to be aware and prepared that when it arrives it most likely isn't going to look just like the photo. As you can see this suit is not neoprene. It is made of a Lycra and spandex mix material. When you are purchasing and a suit only costs $5-20 bucks then you have to realize it isn't going to be made of the same high end material as the original is.

Above is the Poppy by Triangl in flamingo fling. This suit has a mesh like material over the cups and sides of the bottoms.

This is the dupe for the above style and as you can see it is made of a thin martial and the cups are flimsy. The detachable strap, I have read a lot of reviews about and they weren't good. A lot of people said it was made cheap and the clasp broke off or was just hanging when they received it. I know again it can be tempting to want to purchase one of these suits but honestly you are getting what you pay for, I can't stress that enough. Think about, these fake suits are cheaper then a suit from Walmart, so the material and make of them is for sure nothing even close to being the quality of even a Walmart or cheap no name brand suit. The material must be thin. Possibly even see thru and the cups probably are flimsy and not supportive.

Above is another Triangle suit from their website, www.triangl.com this is the Poppy in Pink Lemonade, which I hope to order one of these soon. Love the bright colors. This suit retails for $89 and is made of a high quality luxe neoprene. The top has no padding or lining then the bottoms have the side color block detail which all their suits have, unless it is solid or solid with a black trim.

Here is a knock off seller from eBay, the bottom again are the first sign of a fake, they are not neoprene and then they don't have the black inside which depending on the color all Triangl suits have unless your suit is white or some of the solid color suits have the color inside. I have seen some knockoffs that are a thicker material on another site similar to eBay called Alibaba, I am not 100% what material it is have been asking around but it has the neoprene look but it isn't the real deal. Also the ones with mesh I have seen some that don't have mesh when you zoom in on the actual suit instead it has a texture to the material to look like it has mesh. I pay a lot of attention to detail and always zoom in to get a closer look.

Again, I know there are may people who don't have $140 to spend on a swim suit, I know I didn't have it had to have my boss reimburse me for the suit because I just don't have that kind of money to spend. At the same time I know a lot of ladies are going to want to get that same trendy look all the while saving a few bucks. I just want to show you that their is really no comparison with these suits others than just the look at first glance with the color. They are made totally different, the cut is different, the material is different and they fit totally different. I mostly am doing this post to make buyers aware of what they are really purchasing and to show you that the real deal Triangl bikinis are expensive for a reason. They are made of an expensive high end material that you really don't see on bathing suits. Also the construction of the Triangl suits is amazing. They are so well made, they are super figure flattering because the material molds to your body, hugging all your curves and accentuating your body.

One last dupe for the day that was very popular on Amazon and EBay is this suit

As you can see from the above photos it is not an exact replica of the Triangl, it is made totally different. It isn't a knock off of a older style from last season it is just a look alike style. They took the bright colors and black trim, trying to pass I todd for a Triangl style suit.

It does not have the signature black trim around the edges of the top only on the cup, then it has the waist band one solid color with black trim then a solid bottom in a different color. Again this suit is not made of neoprene, it is a lined Lycra spandex mix. You can find this style all over the web for as low as $4.50 and as high as $24 depending on where you order it. It has the padded push up material in the cups and is nothing like a real triangl bikini.

I hope this will help many of you when looking for a suit. I know I had a lot of people who thought that they could find the same style bikini for way less but as you can see from above, yes you can find one that looks the same as far as the colors and look but it won't be made of the neoprene material, the quality isn't even close, fit isn't comparable and I just don't recommend these suits if you really want one of the Triangl suits. It's like buying a knock off purse, first off it is illegal to even sell a knock off because it's like stealing a photo or copyright of someone else's work, but also if you have ever seen a fake purse it looks the same to the eye but it's made of plastic and cheaper material. Usually they fall apart within in weeks and just don't last. Sometimes you will even spend a good amount of money on a fake for the look of the original only to be let down in the end by lack of quality. Like anything though they have high end knock offs and when you get lucky to find these because there are so many that have the lower quaking and steal photos etc, just have to be super cautious. It is possible to find a good fake but I don't like to see anyone get ripped off. I figured why not order a few since some were only $5-15 and then I can review, post photos and if I find some good sellers share with my readers. Hoping when I return from vacation all my real and dupe suits will arrive so I can thoroughly review them for you.

Please just be careful when ordering and if you have any concerns or questions you can go to the Traingl site, they have a live chat where you can ask questions about anything and everything to do with the site, they will be able to tell you if a suit is a original Triangl or a fake. I am almost tempted to purchase a few of these styles since some are as cheap as $4-10 but feel guilty it's like stealing to some people (posted this before I decided I was going to try this). I don't want to do anything to make the Triangl company upset but there is a part of me that wants to get a closer look to review and show the differences also to see how they are made and what materials for sure. It would be solely for research. But we will see, I have written down a few sites from videos I watched that looked pretty on point but again I would feel guilty. I will see when I return from vacation. Off to bed wanted to update and change some things since I posted so quick this am. Tomorrow will add links to the suits pictured above for the Triangl site and some other links for reference. Nighty night.

Happy shopping and hope everyone has a great July 4th 🇺🇸✌️❤️

Also wanted to add a side note a lot of people who read my blog with my bargain eBay finds may say wait a minute she buys stuff off eBay all the time, here is the deal I don't intentionally ever buy fake items, I usually am buying the same item you are buying from a online shop or boutique but from the wholesaler for less. My kimono for example I found on eBay for $5, it is the exact same one that many people get off online shops just I am buying it from one of the sites that sells wholesale to those shops. Or I may buy a item from a seller that found the item on sale and is auctioning it for less cause it pre worn or could be a clearance item they found or store sample that is being sold for less. I am not a fan of buying fakes or replicas. Like buying my tanks recently from Wet Seal I don't consider that buying a fake because it's made by and carried in a high end retail store, it's just similar to the one made by a higher end designer or carried in a high end online boutique that marks up the price to make make money.

I support many small businesses online that sell original and authentic designs made by them. I believe in supporting those who create their own one of a kind designs and styles. I shop on etsy all the time and have many shops I have found on Instagram that I support. Just wanted to throw that in. I am a bargain hunter for sure and like to save money on some items so I can splurge on some luxury higher end items. When it comes to shirts and tanks or some items I don't mind buying something less expensive if I can, but there are some items I like to splurge on like my jeans, shoes and purses.   Just wanted to show some people the difference in quality and how you get what you are paying for. I am always looking for a bargain and maybe if I didn't love this suit and had not been dreaming of one for awhile, like if it was one I just kind of liked maybe I might have not thought twice about scooping a fake but I really wanted to try the real deal and happy I did, to me it was worth it. I have a ton of suits and this is one of the if not the best made one I have. I have some expensive suits also from 65-100 I have gotten and even two high end one of a kind that retailed for over $200 but luckily one I know the designer and the other was a sample for me to review. Thank you for reading. ✌️❤️🇺🇸

Triangl Bikini, review for larger busted ladies

I am really excited to be able to bring this review to you today,  I have loved these neoprene Triangl bikinis since I first laid eyes on them last year.  When I first saw them they did not have a size option for a top for myself.  I am a 34/36 DD and sometimes even a DDD, I have a hard time finding bras, swimsuits and many items due this.  One day I dream to have a reduction to make them smaller but till that day comes I have to deal with the good and the bad of being large busted. It has it's perks but also has many down sides, like making you look heavier, having to buy dresses and tops larger and have them fit huge everywhere but the chest,  and worst of all, not being able to find proper fitting comfortable bras and swim suit tops.

Before purchasing my bikini I did a lot of research, from looking at other blogs, watching youtube videos and scrolling through endless photos on Instagram to read what people had to say.  I then logged onto the Triangl website again.  My first visit I did the live chat and was told to wait because they were releasing the S++ size top.  The kind lady informed me this would be the perfect fit for me and to come back in a few weeks to see if the style I wanted was available.  I got hectic with my health issues and totally forgot till it was around Easter and I was shopping for a suit for my daughter when she found a similar look at Target.  I then came home to find that now several style suits were available in the S++.  I waited a few more weeks and started trying to find reviews or something about the new size, nothing.  Even now I have only found two ladies on youtube that have reviewed this size and both are tiny girls wearing a 32D or 34D and small bottoms.  I am a size 27-30 in jeans depending on when my last infusion (treatment for MS) was, because the steroids and cortisone along with other medications I have to take for my treatments can bloat me or cause weight gain for a couple weeks.  On a normal average day I am a size 5/6 and 27" waist, but I can get up to a 7/8 and even as high as a 10 depending on what is going on with my health.  It can be depressing but I have gotten use to it and don't let the weight get me down, it is only temporary and I usually return back to the smaller size within in a week or two.  I am almost 40 so at my age I honestly have gotten passed my body image issues and thinking I am over weight all the time.  I was always a size 00, to a 2 when I was a teen and in my twenties, even up until I started getting sick four to five years ago I was tiny.  I then gained like 30 lbs and didn't know why now years later being diagnosed we know it was due to my health.   My hormones were all kinds of out of whack along with many other issues.  No matter what size I am or will be I knew I wanted to try one of these suits.  I live in the swimsuit capital being that we have summer weather year round and some of the best beaches within 15-20 minutes drive from my home.  I have so many suits, styles, and brands, but I knew I needed to try this new hot suit for myself.

I logged back on a few weeks ago and have since logged on several times, every time I have looked over all the photos, talked to the live chat customer service reps, which is my favorite feature of this company.  They are so helpful and kind.  Helping you with sizing tips, return questions, shipping questions and more.  I was so blown away with their customer service that even after being a bit skeptical of the suit fitting me good and the sizes being a good fit for me, I still wanted to so badly review this suit for my readers.  I really wanted to share with you how helpful these kind ladies were. My best experience was with a agent by the name of Lyn,  she was so kind, helpful, and really patient with me over the thirty minutes we talked about the suits, styles, shipping, all my concerns, duty costs and fees as well as the sizes.  I was still up late the nights before taking the plunge researching and looking for anything.  There had to be other large busted ladies who had these suits.  Maybe they just don't blog or share their opinion!?  I was really just looking for someone who was my size to review this suit and the sizes I was looking at.  The more I looked the more I worried about ordering this suit. Honestly it seemed like only young girls or super tiny ladies owned and loved these suits.  I saw a few ladies that didn't like the suits at all but before they offered the S++ and they had either ordered a large which had them spilling out the sides and top, or the XL which needed to be altered or returned because it was to large around the body.  These style suits like the Brigette and Poppy are not adjustable around, they have one clasp that snaps like a seat belt, only the shoulder straps are adjustable.  Also the neoprene doesn't have a lot of stretch or give to the material.  If you have ever worn a wet suit you know how tight those are, these are made of the exact same thick material. One thing it is a durable material, also it will from to your body amazing. That could be a negative for some ladies but I like how it shapes my body and hugs my curves.

I was concerned it would arrive and after spending $99 for the suit and $20 for shipping then I had read many got a call from the post office or Fed Ex telling them they owed an additional $40 for the duties or customs bill.  For me to even be considering paying over $100 for a bikini is insane.  Prior to this I have spent 60-80 on a new suit from Victoria Secret or a high end swim shop, but I was able to try it on and was in love with the fit.  I was not ordering a suit I had never seen in person or touched, never tried on and was being shipped from across the planet.  I spoke to my boss at work and she was intrigued, she had also heard a lot about these suits as of recent as she is also larger busted like myself with curves.  She told she would go ahead and order the suit, or I could order and that she would reimburse me for it, that if I didn't like it we could use it as a sample for the company, or if I liked it I could review it and post my review here on the blog.  Also she wanted me to write up a review and blog post for the fashion page on the company blog for Miami swim week. Either way I planned to review it fit or not fit, like or not like, I always like to be straight forward about all items I post about.  I also wanted so badly for someone to review this suit that I had to do a review myself.  I know there are other ladies just like myself who want to know how this fits the everyday woman who is not a size 0-2 and a 34A.

I have lots of packages come from customs, I order a lot of items from Australia (best spot for Bohemian gems), China, Hong Kong and Thailand.  As far as I know we did not pay any additional duty fees in addition to the $20 shipping fee. My item came wrapped nicely inside a large matte black box with Triangl in shiny black on the front.

I went with the Bridgette style with the denim and crochet look.  I ordered a S++ top and a XL bottom.  I was so excited to see this suit in person, it was all I imagined.  The neoprene is amazing, the crochet detail is stunning and over all the suit is made very well.  It has a underwire for extra support along with wire boning on the sides also, so it has a lot of support for larger busted ladies.

You can see why they charge what they do for these amazing suits.  Neoprene will last forever and if taken care of correctly this suit should last you easily five or more years.  It won't fade unless left out in direct sun to back for hours,  or get the sand stuck in between the fibers like most suits, it won't get that scratched or those little balls that most suits get from swimming in the pool.  I am just over all impressed.

I plan to keep the box it came in to store it in my closet on the top shelf so it doesn't get wrinkled or the wire doesn't get bent in the drawer.  I read online that once it gets messed up or creased it is hard to get that back to normal, so these are for sure something that you should store, and wash with care.  I recommend of course hand wash and rinse then laying flat to dry. I am happy we have a salt water pool and not chlorine because as much as this suit cost I wouldn't want to be worried lol, but from what I have read it is super strong and heavy duty material, it should last the test of time and all the elements.  I took the suit out of the box and removed it from the plastic, again at first sight it is gorgeous, but I was worried because it looked so small on the top and so large on the bottom from first glance.

I ended up taking the advice of the live chat lady and ordering my Brigette top in the S++ and the bottom in a XL, she was between the large and extra large but I would rather it be loose than too tight any day lol.  Plus I can always wear a black bottom with it if I gain or lose weight in between.  The bottoms fit perfect, they are fitted for sure and if you have love handles or a booty it will dig in some, but for me they fit rather nice.  I am a size 27-30 usually, right now I just had two treatments in a row usually I have them once every two weeks but we are going out of town so had to have two back to back, so I am currently wearing my size 28 in Silver jeans.

Out of the box the top looked really small to me, I was kind of disappointed and started thinking of all the reasons why I hate shopping online especially if it is a new store or brand that I don't already know my size.  I went to try it on and was amazed honestly.  It fits around perfectly and actually seems to have a little stretch to it which I was told it didn't.  I had to adjust the straps several times before I liked the look but it does fit me and I am a large DD pretty much almost a DDD like I mentioned before I can go from a 32-34DD-DDD and a 34-36DD.  It all depends on the bra.  I can not wear anything with a padding or push up, luckily my boobs don't hang (I had a lift after my second daughter, I have always had larger bust).  Wish I would have made them smaller but didn't lol.  Was worried the lift would make them smaller but it didn't lol.  Okay so the top doesn't cover me perfectly, it fits like a demi bra.  It is not a full coverage style bra, it shows a lot of skin and cleavage but it is a bikini.  It makes my chest look very nice and accentuates my curves nicely.  I really love the color blue so that is why I went with this style and color, but wish now I would have ordered one of the Poppy in one of the coral and orange shades, because that really makes my tan and blonde hair pop. (Looks for more recent posts, ordered the Pink Lemonade).

If you are larger busted or you wear over a 34 normally around I would not recommend this top, it just barely fits me and luckily I am a little over weight right now so hopefully in two weeks I will be back down to my regular size and it will fit even nicer.  I plan to try the XL top next I have seen a few ladies selling their suits they ordered, that didn't fit, on eBay. Have a few bids out now as well as sent some email out trying to get another suit to review.

Next up will be trying the XL top to compare for you ladies and have a dupe coming because I have heard they have more stretch. I want to help the larger busted ladies find the perfect fit top. Once I have all my suits after my trip I will post shots of them all on and side by side. This is the Brigette but I ordered a Poppy suit in pink lemonade and also got a free Dark Cola black and yellow then since I left for vacation won three suits off eBay for under $50 and ordered two dupes. One is really amazing looks like the real deal and read several ladies with large busts loved the fit better then triangl. My mission is to find this style of trending suits for us bigger busted ladies.
Not everyone is a size 0-2 and a size A-B cup.

Hope that this has been helpful and when I am feeling better and not retaining fluids from my infusion I will be sure to post photos of the suit on. Hoping to take the plunge now that I know how it fits and order another suit. I have also considerd ordering a dupe mostly to use for my other post on the many duplicate and fakes out there, most are honest and tell you they are fake but wanted to be able to show you the difference and also see upclose for myself so that no one is ripped off or scammed. It is amazing how many items they make fakes of. Had no idea that the bikinis were the same till I hit blogs and YouTube researching for size references. It is amazing and some are pretty spot on. Check out my post following this one that I posted earlier Thursday for some comparisons I learned  from watching the videos and be sure to check out YouTube yourself for some videos. Deep down I always have my fingers crossed that I will get lucky and be gifted one of these amazing suits for myself without having to involve my boss. As of right now saving up for the Poppy in a Pink Lemonade and also love the Miami Flamingo (not sure that is the name). I will have a lot of other posts coming up about swim wear because for Mercedes Benz Fashion week, which is our big swim suit week for fashion here, I got some amazing suits from lots of designers. I got over 15 new suits in addition to this new suit to sample and review. Going to be reviewing suits all summer and during my Costa Rica trip. Off to bed and tomorrow will update this post with a link to my suit on the site as well as one for the live chat if you have sizing or product questions. Also feel free to comment below and I will do my best to answer any questions I can. Have a lovely holiday weekend and please be sure to check out my new fashion IG page @cr8tivefashionwanderlust and follow if you like, since it's a new page working to build up my followers to 1k like my old page has. Have a safe and fun July 4th to all. Xoxo 🇺🇸✌️❤️

Bottoms I went with a XL I wear a size 7-10 or 27-30 jeans usually I am a size 6 and 27 but currently fitting in my 28-29 and size 8-10
