For pretty much half of my life I have been rocking Silver Jeans. I came across them in my late teens, early twenties when looking for some distressed jeans.  At the time distressed jeans were not as common or easy to find and once I found their Tuesday Low distressed jeans I was hooked.  As I have blogged about for many years now not only are the fit of Silver Jeans amazing but the quality, comfort and selection is amazing.

I love every style from Tuesday, Suki, Aiko, Boyfriend and then some of their newer styles,  the Girlfriend, Elyse and Berkley.  Looking forward to trying out the new Sam also for 2017.

I still love my distressed ripped jeans and Silver Jeans has the best distressed jeans.  They last years, I have my Tuesday low cut jeans from almost 15 years ago and they are still going strong.

Above are the boyfriend jeans, one of my newer fave styles and love the distressed finish.  These are the jeans you will find me in day to day whether running errands, picking the kids up from school or hanging out with my girlfriends.  They are comfy and very stylish.

Suki Mid Skinny jeans with Embroidered details are perfect for date nights or any occasion.  Love to wear these with ankle boots, heels and sneakers.  No matter the occasion they always look fantastic.

Girlfriend jeans are quickly taking over for the boyfriend jeans with the same comfy fit but a little more fitted to show off your curves.  Graphic tee is by Dazey_LA.

As you can see these aren't your moms jeans.  Being almost 40 I am always trying to avoid wearing jeans that make me look my age and Silver Jeans have just the right amount of stretch to them to hug the curves without being to tight as well as they have mid and high waisted for those who don't like the lower cut styles the teens love.  I personally love low, mid and high waisted they all serve for a different look when styling.

Flare bottom jeans with exposed button closure fly.  These jeans are my favorite flare jeans for the 70's vintage vibe they give.  Love wearing these with my graphic tees and heels, or boots.  

My closet it pretty much 98% Silver Jeans when it comes to my denim, jeans collection.  I know when investing in a pair of jeans that from previous history with my Silver Co jeans these will last me for years and when I find a fave style or wash I usually grab back up pair in a size lower then my current jeans for when my weight fluctuates or maybe a darker or lighter wash so I always have multiples or a back up pair if one is in need of wash.

Feelin' Fine graphic tee by @ElectricWest on IG paired with my faux suede fringe skirt I got for under $8 on sale at Maurices.com, faux suede wrap choker with feather charms from Tilly's, brown leather cuff with my girls names from Disney World, and then my Bison hand made ring by Fawning In Love.  My hair color was recently touched up and my stylist used Goldwell Hair Color versus Pravana, loving the tone of the purple dye and my hair feels so healthy.  Think I really like this dye versus what I have been loyally using for years, it has a pretreatment and lock in treatment they use after rinsing, with a leave in conditioning treatment that really has made my hair so shiny and healthy feeling.  I have noticed a huge difference and can say my hair is finally getting back to its old healthy state now to just get my length back.  For the record also, my hair is all mine no clip in or extensions over the summer I briefly used a braid made out of old extensions but was trying to dye my hair less, and not use styling tools like flat iron or blow drier.

My mask obsession is by Beauty Stones, I tried out and then posted here several times on their Green tea facial mask for acne prone skin, my teen daughter has had issues with break outs for a few years being a teen and having hormonal changes as well as being a makeup lover, she has been using this mask for over a month now twice a week and has seen amazing results.  These masks are mess free and easy to apply, you simply place the mask on your face and then let sit, I have to adjust the eye holes cause they are small but it depends on the person.  After letting it sit for 20-30 minutes we then massage the remaining product after removing the mask into the skin.  My daughter and I both have sensitive skin, and usually any products for acne cause redness, irritation and drying but this product is opposite.  Neither my daughter nor myself had any additional or abnormal break outs like you will have sometimes when starting a new product.  My daughter noticed right away a change in her skin, her red scars or marks from past acne began to lighten in the first week, her skin was noticeably softer, smoother and after two weeks she has noticed less breakouts and even during that time of the month which is when she would get the most irritation or acne flare ups.  She has now only been using the mask and discontinued her prior acne treatment products, she uses a daily facial wash for acne by Neutrogena and then her morning moisturizer with the use of the mask 2-3 times a week.  The honey mask below is a new product I just received but will be using this month and will have a review on the Honey mask coming soon,  I want to try it for at least 2-3 times or even maybe for 2 weeks so I can give you a good idea of the results.  I highly recommend to Green Tea mask for acne prone skin or if you had acne, wanting to reduce redness or old scars, prevent break outs, even skin tone and moisturize.

I vote we cancel all Monday's

I vote we cancel all Monday's and make it a three day weekend, but then Tuesday would become the new Monday lol. Fighting a cold which won, started last week and was battling it good till both my girls had it, now been miserable for two days. Woke up all night, have had barely 2-3 hours of straight sleep for two nights, running a fever on and off all day, stuffy then runny nose, basically no fun at all. Top it all off the kids are sick, my younger daughter is pretty much at the end of it just has a little congestion and has been getting mid day headaches from sniffling or sinus pressure. My oldest missed school today and I'm sure she had a great time with no one home to bother her, from what I saw looked like she slept all day. I wish that was me but I did have Sunday which was pretty much sleeping and bumming around. 

My makeup today was light, same eyeliner pencil in purple by NYX, black Kat Von D tattoo liner, Too Faced Better then Sex black mascara, MAC loose powder blush in Melba, Laura Mercier loose powder, MAC highlighter to brighten under my eyes, Bareminerals Smokey eye kit with double ended brush (one of my fave kits) contains Shades: Soul (light cream linen), Celestine (light pewter), Graphite Eye color (deep coal), and my lips are Lancôme Juicy tubes in tickled pink. Got addicted to those Lancôme Juicy tubes in my early twenties when I had multiple friends working at Macy's at the Lancôme counter. I get a bunch in my stocking every holiday, they are perfect for a on the go quick splash of color and shine. 

My look today kind of went with the grey overcast skies and rain, my tank is by Knit Riot LA and yes I wished I would have heard that Monday was cancelled and I could go home today. Layered this tank over a solid black cami since it has high side slits, love the slits they make the top feel flowy and light.
