I have been sick and then had both my girls sick over the last few weeks so been behind on so much that I am playing catch up in every way.
My last post was catching up on my home decor and I will have more from Target and other retailers later this month. Tomorrow my husband has one of his Valentine's Day gifts being delivered for the entertainment room we are decorating then I will most likely spend the rest of the time before our spring break road trip working on decorating that room. For now I am selling my old office furniture and Murphy bed to purchase a modular style sofa that can be used for guests sleeping as well as for family game nights. We got the space emptied out and all my decor is packed away from Christmas again. Always love to have everything organized again and since my health seems to take a nose dive the passed couple of years around the same time, October-February it feels good that we got a much needed spring cleaning in while the weather was nice. We were able to open all the windows and air out the house while steam cleaning the carpets, upholstery and curtains.
After all the deep cleaning I snapped a few photos but since the lighting wasn't great didn't get any I really felt were post worthy so I will be sure to take plenty as soon as we get a day when I'm home and the sunlight is perfect.
Caught this cutie, our fur baby sleeping in between all the pillows in the living room when I got home today. She has that look because she knows she isn't supposed to sleep on the furniture when we aren't home. Usually I find her in her bed or sleeping on the kids ottomans for playing games. This was too cute couldn't resist sharing.
Have I mentioned yet how amazing Alex and Ani's customer service is. Omg was amazed had emailed them and they sent me out this pineapple charm after I had some issues with my charms not staying on my new necklace I have since solved that issue but was so amazed they gave me a credit for the charm. Amazing customer service and they have grown to be one of my favorite shops for sure. Love all their amazing designs and jewelry.
Got this Pam & Gela tee on sale from Nordstrom Rack then these really cute grid or window pane style pants from Forever 21 and they were just under $10. Can't beat that. Also got my fringe bucket bag in tan that I shared in an earlier post that I was unable to find in stores went ahead and just ordered it online while my 20% coupon was still good.

Was contacted via Instagram by @OlioEssentials who was kind enough to send me these oils to try for my multiple issues from insomnia to pain and migraines. Canceled my Julep Maven subscription my daughter had which I had gotten her along with the Ipsy beauty bag that I also canceled awhile back, I had to use the last of my Jules and she didn't want anything since she has everything so I went ahead and got myself a few items then they also sent me some extra goodies too. I am now signing up for he Morphe makeup brush subscription so once the first box arrives I will be sure to review for you. My daughter loves makeup and these are her favorite brushes.

My purse is Forever21 and was one of the first I featured here around the holidays from their new line. The clip was a gift and have these on all my bags if not charms then furry pompom style clips. Love the added accessory, a woman can never have too many accessories.
This week ootd share from IG, paired my purple tone knit top, with my Silver jeans grey distressed skinny jeans and some feather pattern converse. A good pair of chucks are always in style. Today went with this turtleneck knit Aztec top from Maurice's, paired with flare Silver jeans and my strappy ankle boots from Shop Sophie May, I found on Amazon. Another purse clip this one found for $3.99 at the Beall's outlet before Christmas. Love them. Also have a larger black one my hubby got me for Christmas.
Looks like that will wrap up my catch up post for now. Ending with a photo of my presents for my girls for Valentine's Day. My two little hearts that have my entire heart and soul, they are my world and love that I can take a small holiday like Valentine's Day to get them thoughtful gifts to show them how special they are to me. They really are the light in my life and my everything. Hubby also has his gifts wrapped too didn't forget my best friend and souls mate. Without him I wouldn't have the two amazing girls that are a part of each of us. Hope everyone has an amazing Valentine's Day weekend
