TJ Maxx Michael Kors deals 11/29

I was at TJ Maxx looking today and came across a couple great Michael Kors handbags for those style buy budget orientated ladies out there. I have champagne taste on a wine budget not beer a little higher but I still am not into paying full price sometimes i would rather get a good deal iiso I can buy more:). Also when I find a good deal I get a little rush. I am still over the moon about winning the Michael Kors jet set bag. I am always entering contests on websites, blogs and other promotions I discover surfing the web. I thought it was a scam and was Leary when contacted but when the box arrived and I opened it I was so excited. So was my hubby lol. He did buy me an amazing bag for an early Christmas gift on sale at Macy's for the friends and family promotion this week. He pre bought it last week cause it was the last one and I absolutely love it. I will post a photo in another post and my bag I won is in a previous post. Below are the two I saw today. One is similar to the jet set in tan with canvas. Has the MK logo and is cool it can snap closed so the sides fold in or you can snap the straps down so it looks like the 198 version also. This one retailed for 168 or 148 I believe and was 119. Also a metallic gold bag the retailed for 298 and was 179 I believe the price tags should be visible in photos. I always try to get the tag so you can see the savings. I know my TJ Maxx gets new shipments every Tuesday and Thursday they put new stuff out Thursday night and Friday for the weekend. I didn't have much time so I only got pics of these two but also had gorgeous coach, Steve madden, nine west, and many other designer brands.

Love to hear about you finds also enjoy. Happy designer deal hunting and now is a great time with holidays around the corner to grab up gifts for friends and family or for you:).

Ps they also have Michael Kors iPhone cases for $19.99 from $48-60 retail. Very nice and great price for real deal

To keep or to trade in for new car

I have been contemplating for months what to do, my Lexus is almost paid off.  I have the mid size suv I wanted the smaller RX but hubby convinced me to get the next size up and I love my car.  The only complaint I have is the interior is brown and tan, I swore I would never get a light interior in a car ever again especially having kids.  My car will be paid off the end of the year and has held it's value very well considering we got an amazing price on it when we bought it since gas was sky high and everyone was getting better gas mileage smaller cars.  I wanted the smaller SUV or a cross over at the time, but most of the crossovers are Ford, or other brands we don't care for.  I have had two Honda's, two Toyotas and two Fords, then hubby has had two chevys but he likes trucks.  I would never ever buy another ford.  I had an Expedition which I loved but the value was down so much might as well just thrown the money away.  Then had a mini van, don't ask post pardom after my last daughter lol, didn't even own it a year then got my Lexus.  Since having the Lexus I am spoiled and can't see myself in a non luxury vehicle.  We always buy used cars, atleast 1-3 years old.  Never more then 3 years though.

I want a white, silver or black car but MUST have gray and black interior.  I will never get a tan or lighter color interior again.  Florida gets hot so black is kind of rough but that is what dark tints are for lol.  I am looking into the smaller Lexus RX 350 or 450, I have always wanted an Audi and love their suv's.  I also like the Mercedes suv's both small and large.  I am not a fan of Infiniti and BMW is nice but don't care for the look of the car or the interior.  I have been looking and plan to go to the dealer this weekend to get a value on my car for trade in, resale then test drive a few I have seen that I like a lot.  Again this time there is no rush like in the past I have always needed something that day and had to get whatever color they had in the model I wanted.  I love my suv and the color outside is an awesome dark green almost looks gray from a far.  I love white cars I think they look classy, but a lot of them have tan interior.  One bad thing when buying used you can custom pick the colors you have a few choices if you are lucky for the exterior and interior.

I really am thinking it will be another Lexus either smaller suv or luxury sedan, or I like the Audi smaller suv/crossover looking car and then the Mercedes ones are awesome, the interior is a thick high grade leather where as lexus has a smoother leather that does not age as well.  I have also considered leasing but really that is like throwing away money.  My Lexus was a great investment cause for what we paid for it along with the trade in and money down it has held onto it's value only negative is it is a v8 and horrible on gas which these days is not a big selling feature.  I am interested to see what they will give me along with what I can get in exchange.  Want to lower payments by a decent amount, upgrade to a couple years newer maybe 2010-2011 and would have to have dark interior.  Below are a few photos of ones I liked.  I will have more details after I got to Carmax to look this weekend.

Let me know what you think or if you own or have owned one of these cars let me know what you liked or for sure what you did not like.  I have been looking for weeks.  It is hard to go from an SUV which I have had for almost 5 years and before that had one for 3 years and a mini van for 7 months so I like the room and being higher up, but now that my youngest is almost out of booster seat a car would be cheaper, sportier and better on gas.  We will see, my hubby usually plays a huge role in the car decision even though it is mine cause he has ones he likes too and wants to make sure myself and his little girls are in a safe, nice car.  One that he will also enjoy riding around in too lol.

The Mercedes larger Suv which I love but want smaller

Perfect size and exterior color interior is light gray on seats with black carpet

I have always wanted an Audi since I was 17 and one day I will have one just not sure an SUV maybe a smaller sportier car when the kids are grown lol, but this is great size color and dark interior, price is amazing too, low mileage have to test drive

Another Mercedes, love the white cars look super classy, usually I do black or silver

Inside of the Mercedes is a dream, I would savor every moment of dark interior lol, have had tan for past three cars, with kids it is no good.

I have a friend who has this smaller Cadillac SUV and loves it but not a Cadi girl

Above is what I have now, I think may even be the same dark green exterior and I love it, spoiled me cause I have test driven many cars believe it or not the Lexus drives amazing and no road noise, smooth, feels nice=)

This is the RX and what I wanted when we got the larger GX which has been great with two kids but ready for something a little smaller.

My dream a white RX 350 or 450 with black and gray interior.  I would be in heaven, just to find it used with the colors I want, low mileage and good price.  If it is meant to be it will happen if not I don't think sticking with my current car is bad, It is a amazing car that I am very lucky to have, grateful everyday

Car shopping, not fun, dreaded but always love the ride home in my new ride, feels great=).  If I do decide to wait it out I will wait another year and save some extra cash to go for the gusto and get the car I really want no questions asked lol.

Quick mani before gym and lucky day!

To start I won a Michael Kors jet set tote today. I was so excited entered the drawing almost two months ago when I got email to confirm prize thought it was a scam so gave po box address went to post office to mail some things and to my surprise there was a box! I would have never bought this bag myself. I like the all leather ones and so many I like this would have been on the bottom. I was happy it is not the canvas one cause I dot care for the canasta bags they tend to fade and stain easy. I am super happy it is valued at $198 and I wanted a brown bag since I just got a black python leather one.

I decided after trying the new nail colors to go with a quick mani before the gym today. I picked Zoya Aurora from the Ornate collection. What a gorgeous polish. All of the colors I have tried from this collection are gorgeous and even though they are packed with sparkle super easy to remove not like typical glitter polishes which I love but hate at the same time lol.

I was in a rush I leave in twenty for boxing class so I got dressed first except for my shoes. I applied one quick coat of Butter London Nail Foundation then two quick coats of the Zoya Aurora finished with quick dry Out the Door top coat. Nails are pretty much dry in less then a couple minutes which is a must for an always on the go mom.

This polish is so pretty pictures don't do it justice. I love purple and it is a perfect shade of purple filled with iridescent sparkles that remind me of a glitter ornament or glass ornament for the holidays. Put me in a festive mood for sure:). I will post more photos later when I have more time to snap some and also going to upload my camera shots of Christmas tree, decor and some nail polish swatches I been meaning to upload for awhile.

Have a great mid week and so happy the weekend is almost here:). Today makes three days in a row of gym I been going 3-5 days a week while I can but both daughters sports seasons start in the upcoming weeks so besides their practices I will have games also. I am planning on going to am classes and they have a morning boot camp class for two hours Monday Wednesday and Friday I have been dying to go to. For now meeting a good friend in the evenings for boxing, kickboxing and box fit classes. I'm down from a wearing a size 12-10 to a 5-7 in jeans and from a large top to medium and a few larges depends on top. Weight wise down 18 lbs from start almost six weeks ago next Monday will be six week mark. I see a huge change in my body from how defined it is, overall inches, my energy, self esteem and sleep is much easier. I love this gym and the classes highly recommend it over all other fads out there now. Swear by it, I get the best work out and I can kick some butt lol. That doesn't hurt any these days.

Off to work out enjoy photos below

Above is a photo of the prize I won=).  I am very happy even though I would not have picked this myself but don't have.  Hubby got me the one I wanted already early Christmas gift cause Macy's had a sale.  I still love it and will be wearing it for sure.

Zoya Ornate, Butter London and Opi purchase

Today I was at Ulta, my 13 year old daughter had her birthday this weekend and wanted to buy makeup. I had a gift card and coupons for ulta so I grabbed some new face wash to try, my powder by bare escentuals and then of course a couple polishes on my wish list and a clearance one.

I got the rest of the Zoya Ornate polishes i wanted! I had storm that I grabbed up last week but wanted Blaze and Aurora. Got Butter London Scuppered and OPI Gettin Miss Piggy with it. I love all of then except the Opi I think it may look better with silver or black maybe even red under it but I am out of glitter top coats right now kind of over it.

However I love these Zoya ornate polishes. The sparkle and is amazing reminds me so much of ornaments and christmas sparkling and shinning. Love them all. Blaze is a favorite but I love purple and black:). These are a must have if you like Zoya and are a polish lover. I didn't get the silver or gold cause I have so many already.

Butter London always impresses me. This color is gold with a green hue and lots of glitter and sparkle also. It is called Scuppered.

Absolutely in love with the Zoya ornate collection for the holiday/winter 2012 it has been awhile since I liked that many colors in a zoya collection. I actually used up my Julep points and am getting my final box along with some other polishes I got for free with my reward points:). Thank you to everyone who used my link to help me get the points also. I should have those to review soon:). For now I will leave you with my quick swatches of my new colors and a few peeks at my two Christmas trees I have decorated at home. Still adding the finishing touches and need a topper for one also finishing the garland, which I have in the kitchen, over the windows, around entry and on fireplace mantel, outside decor will be done Thursday when hubby has a day off and the rest of the house is day by day. I go to the extreme I have two 7.5 ft trees and three 4.5 ft trees plus a smaller one. I decorate every table, console, room and nook n cranny of my home:) Love it. I also will have photos of work I have done for others also coming soon. Enjoy and happy mid week almost!
